I'm Reverend Cindy Palas and I was guided today to talk about the power of spirit and the blessings that spirit brings.
It's truly amazing to me some of the miraculous things that happen when spirit is at work and so often we close our mind and I guess partly our emotions to the miraculous way that spirit can work through us and to us I have to say so many times I mean more than once every day spirit works through me when I meditate and I allow myself to be open enough to receive and when messages come through which is every day I know that spirit is at work and then I see the confirmation of that so many times throughout the day as well I wrote this this morning spirit works in mystery in hints of heaven's light and the blessings we find in the silence of our quiet times oh this grand design so impossible to define yet there inside it coincides with the divine spirit works in such mysterious ways how does it know the calling of our soul when we are alone when spirit lifts us to see that higher vision when we're broken open and we stop to pray till we bow and remember the magic of love smile that is present in life to find spirit works in such mysterious ways it carries us to that place where we surrender to the miracle of God's amazing grace how many times have you realized and recognized that spirit is indeed working its mysterious ways in your life I would venture that every day spirit is touching you in some way I would venture to say that if you were open that you could see some of these amazing gifts that spirit brings and so I really want to encourage you to take the time in meditation to set the intention to allow spirit to touch you to allow spirit to speak to you to allow spirit to reach you to open your eyes and see some of the miraculous things that are surrounding you you can see it in the sunrise you can see it in the sunset you can see it in some of the amazing messages that are brought it works in such very mysterious ways and you'd have to realize with some of these ways that it works that like well how is that possible how could that really be and yet it is and it's just spirit knocking there at your door spirit saying hey I'm here I'm here stop look listen receive be open to receive that blessing that spirit is when it comes to work with you spirit works through people it works through angels it works through nature it works through our little pet guardians or big pet guardians spirit works in so many amazing ways so I really do want to encourage you to be blessed by the gifts of spirit some of the greatest gifts I've ever received in life have been through spirit coming and working in mysterious ways and when you stop and receive that guidance that blessing that gift of spirit in your life you'll find that it really will touch you and it will inspire you it can be your muse it can be your master it can be your teacher it can be your guide so allow yourself to be open to spirit working through you I'd like to do a meditation here a little meditation where we can open our mind our souls to spirit so just breathe in just breathe in and allow your spine and your head and your body to be open to receive those beautiful messages of spirit just take the time to breathe in the gift of spirit breathing in that opening right now with your breath and pausing before you breathe out release anything that might need to be released breathe in that wonderful breath and pause and release that breath allowing spirit to come and move through you breathing in holding your breath and just going into the breath behind the breath the breath within the breath breathing in again and just relaxing and allowing yourself to go to that place where you have faith in your heart go to that place where you believe and dwell in that magic space that pause that opening just be in that magic place in your soul feel that energy of spirit open your mind to the magic breathe in that magic breath and travel now to that place where that inner voice your heart within the heart that light behind the light that spirit dwells be present allow that presence of spirit to touch you to fill you to be with you right now just let it be ah breathe in that wonderful presence of spirit sense that energy that magic energy of spirit alive right here in you what would spirit bring to you right now what blessing do you need allow spirits presence to bring you what you need right now to lift your heart and soul to open your mind allow yourself to know that spirit will speak to you and just let that souls light of spirit come into your mind into your heart into your body into your very very special place where spirit dwells be in that presence and receive anything that you need right now with the gift of spirit alive in you and thanks spirit for that wonderful presence thanks spirit for all the gifts that spirit brings thank the Guardians and the angels and the guides and God for the gift of spirit right now and so it is and now breathing in again come back fully present in that aura that light of spirit and let that amazing aura purify your aura and spread out around you above you below you in front of you behind you to the side of you you are completely immersed in that beautiful energy purified with the gift of spirit and as I close out now take the time to just be and possibly write down anything that has come to you any word any feeling any message and during your time after this meditation be open to some of the miraculous ways that spirit will speak to you I thank you so much for being present in this gift of spirit alive in you right now God bless you always Oh Superman ifulus Oh and where there's a way to
