A very big aloha.

My name is Reverend Cindy Paulus,

And I thought I'd talk today about just being.

Human nature is interesting,

Isn't it?

I have to say often I feel like I'm compulsed to have to express more and do more,

And sometimes it's good to just go into meditation and set your mind in just being.

Being.

Just let it be.

As the Beatles said,

Let it be.

You know,

It's a beautiful thing when you can come to a place of peace within yourself.

Now,

I don't think most people will maintain that.

Of course,

Certain lifestyles in certain places are very different.

In certain countries,

Possibly,

It's more easy to just be.

But the thing is,

Being is really a great gift.

Being comfortable.

Being at home with yourself.

Now,

That doesn't mean necessarily your home is anywhere special.

It's just that place that's special is inside yourself.

And are you comfortable in being in that place inside?

And can it be your center core?

Can it be your place of peace?

And once you can establish it as your place of peace within,

It has a beautiful ripple effect.

It has a wonderful calming effect.

Now,

I'm sure most of you have meditated,

And you know what that feels like when you meditate.

When you can just be.

And just breathe.

You know,

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

So simple.

It doesn't have to be difficult or complicated.

Just allow yourself the gift.

It's one of the greatest gifts around,

Of just being.

Being present with being.

And that happens naturally.

But if you allow yourself to be in that place of beingness,

You've learned that it's not necessarily doing or being nothing except for the no thing part of nothing.

If you take the word nothing apart,

It is no thing.

And when you're meditating,

There's only that inner self,

That inner light,

That inner peace,

That inner place inside your soul,

That's so beautiful,

That it's rejuvenating,

That it's renewing,

That it is inspiring.

And it is just that presence,

That inner,

Inner presence that is present.

So let's be.

Let's just let it be.

And breathing in and breathing out.

Making it simple,

Just taking calming deep breaths.

Breathing in.

Ah,

See,

I got my neck clicked.

I like that.

It goes right into place when I start to let it be.

Ah,

Just let everything go.

Just relax and be present.

Ah,

Breath in and breath out.

Breathing in and going deeper and deeper into that presence.

When you still your mind,

You might be aware of certain noises outside.

I can also be aware of certain ideas that are passing through.

Ah,

And just bless them and let them be.

Let them go and be aware and just be.

Ah,

Now just get into that place,

That center there within you,

That is your core.

Do you know your core,

Your very center core of being?

Ah,

In that center core,

There is a magnet.

That magnet will draw you close,

Like magnets do.

It will draw you deep into that place inside,

That beautiful core of beingness.

Ah,

Notice what happens as you travel deeper and deeper and deeper within to that very core of your beingness.

Ah,

Go deeper and be still.

Be aware.

I just heard a bird chirping.

Ah,

Just allow yourself to be aware of your presence there within and feel the peace.

Feel that great gift of inner peace where everything is okay.

Everything is just fine.

Nothing to do,

Just be.

Let that beingness go throughout your body,

All of your body.

Let it go into your head and your neck and your shoulders,

Relaxing into your heart.

How does your heart be?

Can your heart be present with you here now?

Ah,

Feel that energy of your heart.

Ah,

Feel the love there deep inside and that recognition that you can feel when you recognize your inner feelings of your heart,

That love that is deep within you and your heart of hearts.

Let it grow in love.

And let it connect with your entire consciousness now.

Where does that beautiful beingness in your heart exist in you?

Allow it to be present in the beingness.

Breath in.

And when you're here and present,

See the light within.

Allow that light that is there within you to be growing and beautiful and radiant.

Ah,

Feel that light presence within you,

In your soul.

Let it embrace you.

Let it make you whole.

And if anything comes to you from your soul,

Allow it to come.

Be comfortable with that message that might be there within you.

And just slowly now,

Very,

Very slowly,

Come out of just being inside in your soul,

Present there in beingness.

Breathing in and breathing out.

What might you wish to write down or remember from your inner journey to your soul?

I get lovely messages that come to me when I meditate and go to my soul level.

If there's anything that has come to you,

Let it speak to you,

Let it be,

And maybe write it down,

Maybe just a word or whatever.

But I want you to be aware that you are made of love.

You are made of this energy that is the highest,

Purest energy of beingness.

And I recognize that light and that love in you.

And I send you my light and love.
