An interview I did with a radio show host in the Philippines, Rev Reg Tan. We talk about the commitment to the Spiritual Path. There are many insights into the way to follow the metaphysical path. A very in-depth interview.

Before we start, Let me just introduce you to our guests because I'm sure they're also excited to know more about you. So for those people who are just getting acquainted with Reverend Dr. Cindy Palos, She's actually one of my mentors and someone I really look up to in terms of meditation, Prayer, And devotion. And her professional background, She's actually a music producer, Author, Poet, Lyricist, Composer, Artist. She has over 40, 000 followers on her popular podcasts. She has 11 CDs that she has produced. There is a Forever, Practicing Aloha, Angel Blessings, Arise Above Abuse, Maria, Queen of Angels, Peace, Music, And Points, The Gift of Hope, How to Fly with Less Stress, All You Book, Prayers for Peace, Timolain Sessions, All in This Together. And also in putting things in practical magic rather, We also recognized her work as a master metaphysician for her amazing work. That's five decades of meditation and over 30 years of radio work promoting metaphysics, Practical mysticism. And most importantly, One of the things that I like about her work is that she encourages everyone to be all that you can be, Not to really just box yourself in one category. That's something that really resonates with me. So, Sat Naam, Dr. Cindy. I have got a radish for the bio for you. That's amazing. Actually, I wanted to read more about something that really impressed me, Especially about many things that you had to go through as a metaphysician, Especially one time you were talking about this and you told me that you started with meditation and metaphysics at the time when metaphysics and meditation was just beginning to gain awareness from people around you. So please tell us more about your experience back then. Well, As you know, My dear friend and sister and brother, All in one, You are the key. You know, When you go within and you learn to meditate, As Dr. Masters taught me at a very young age, This amazing world opens up. Basically, You connect with your soul. You connect with your soul. You find this amazing, Powerful energy of love and light. And I was able to explore in the beginning many of the books. And I was going to Beverly Hills High School and it was not at all popular, Believe me. No one understood this. It was just in the beginning stages of many wonderful teachers. But by doing this every day, There's this force, This energy, The soul calling you like a magnet, Calling you more and more to follow this path. And you can't help but go in and love it. You know, It's this greatest love. And you keep wanting to go back and find out more and more. And I did this after reading so many books in the beginning that were in Dr. Masters' library. We could buy it in the store that he had there at the time. But the greatest gift was at a very young age of 15, I went into a state that literally enlightened me, Experience of God and the union with God. This is that Christ consciousness we were going to talk about today. And when you experience that love, That unbelievable, Unconditional love beyond all loves, And when you experience that light that's brighter than the light of a million suns, Then you get transformed and changed. And it doesn't mean that you're any better. It means that you see things from a little different perspective. And I love that you use the word perspective in the title. Your perspective changes and then you realize how much work you have to do to bring it out to the world, What you've gotten from it. That's taken a lifetime. Fantastic. Thank you, Dr. Cindy, Because one of the things that I like about what you said, It's about you take on a different perspective. It's not that life and experience has actually changed, But your perspective really brings you into a different level of capacity. Especially this year has been an interesting year for everyone. And I'm amazed because with the amazing work that you have done, You still found time to start a peace projects program. And at the same time, I see you doing your meditations daily, Writing your poems daily. So please tell us more about your daily mourning, It was. Well, The thing about making that connection with your soul, As I know you have, Is that you don't stop learning. It's not like you get to some point and you say, Oh, OK, I've got it. It's over. You know, This goes on and on and on and on. And you mentioned this last year. I mean, This last year I turned more inside and did the three CDs. I got the UNESCO Peace Award and I felt that I needed to give back in some way, Just like you are with your shows. And I wanted to get back with discussing and communication because it's communion of sorts. Like we're having now is a communion. I wanted to be able to share that energy. And what I have just reflecting on this morning was here and how this last year we had so many chances every day since COVID-19 to overcome fear. There's been great fear out there, Fear of getting sick, Fear of what people may do if they lose their income, Fear of all kinds. And even though I practice this daily, I'm still in my own way encountering fears. And as you know, You have to learn to embrace that fear. You can't run from the fear. You can't run from the shadows. You see it. And then you have to love it. You have to see it and understand it and love it. And that comes again from going within. You've seen fear this year, Haven't you? And where you are? Of course. Of course. And one of the things that I was concerned about, Not necessarily fearful, You know, There's a part of you that you don't know what's going to happen next with so many quests and turns that happened this year. And this, In fact, This December through January, Our government is speculating if they're going to do another lockdown in the Philippines. And so far, Honestly, We're enjoying the time that we're able to go out and be able to do the things that we weren't able to do during the lockdown. So for that aspect, I'm concerned. But because of the many things that I was able to do during the lockdown, Especially with doing things online, I realized that, You know, You just really have to trust the universe. Yeah. I think our monkey brain has a way of, You know, Trying to get the best of us. But I love what you said. When you do have your daily practice of prayer and meditation, I think for me, What it has done is to give you a step by step assurance because with this whole situation, You can just really dive into the whole experience of thinking long term. But I think so far what this worked for me was to take things step by step. I don't know if it's something that's the best thing to do right now, But I'm open if you have any perspective to share about how we're actually supposed to behave in this type of situation, Dr. Singh. Well, As far as step by step, I mean, That's the only way you really can be present in the moment. I mean, The now, The eternal presence of now, This moment holds everything. This moment right here, Right now is the seed of absolutely everything. And what's so magical about that is that there's a million faces, There's a million experiences, So much in this now we are choosing to be here together now. And we can choose every single breath, The way we want to experience this now. I'm going to share a strange story with you yesterday because I go out walking every day. After I work hard, I get up, As you say, Early in the morning, Meditate, I write and I go to the radio station, Do a couple of shows. I come back and do some more posts and then I go for a walk. And I love walking. I don't mind walking by myself ever. And I love walking on this trail by the ocean. And I was going out for a walk yesterday and there was a woman by the gate where I entered to go on this trail. She said, Who are you? And I pulled through. And she just was like very, Very strange thing. And then there were some fishermen down by the ocean, The ways go out. They were local. And they started screaming, Get out of here. Get out of here. And it was like very clear, Like four guys and a little intimidating. I just kept walking. And I thought, This is strange. I don't ever usually feel uncomfortable. I feel like what's going on here. So I walked away. And as I was coming, I bought. She's still there. This woman. And she comes up to me and says, Mom. I said, No, You're my mom. I said, Well, I'm not your mom. I said, I could try to help you find your mom. And this one's about 22 years old. She keeps calling me saying, Mom, Mom. And I was like, Well, How do you encounter someone who obviously is in the state for some reason or another? We're seeing alternate reality, You know, And even all of my practices. And I called on the energy and the light and I called on my protection and Mary. It's like I couldn't get through to her still. So it's like, Wow, Interesting. With all of what I think I might know or be, Here comes someone who I cannot get through to still. You know, So I'm going, There's still more work to do. I finally just went to my car and I thought, Should I call someone to help her? You know, This woman's standing out there, Not knowing where she is. And I'm going, The stress of the situation is putting people in very unusual things and places, You know. So every day we have lessons we learn and it doesn't stop. You know, This is going on. And if you go into lockdown again, You will have new opportunities on how you're going to deal with your broadcast, Right? And you'll find a way, I know you will, Whether it has to be Facebook Live or, You know, You have this dedication. My dear sister, Friend, Brother, All in the title of God, A beloved child of God. You will encounter it in the moment and go, OK, What am I going to do now? And you do it. And I didn't know what to do yesterday and I encountered it. But I'm going, Well, I think the lesson was how do you encounter something you don't know how to deal with? Because I was like, What? Yeah, Exactly. And thank you for sharing it, Because one of the things that I truly resonate with your attitude, Especially we've experienced this. We had a test broadcast and then the live airing of our broadcast. And it was during the time when there was a typhoon in the Philippines and, You know, It just really affected the tech aspect of our broadcast. And then I was thinking to myself, One of the things that I truly admire about your work, Dr. Senghi, You still make sure to get the job done, Even if things are not really in the best, You know, Circumstances. And it's something that I resonate with. You know, You just really have to deal with it, Whether circumstances are in your favor or not, Because you're already decided to actually do it. So where did you pick up that attitude? Were you always like that when you were growing up? Or was it something that was developed in you because of your practice of meditation and prayers? It's meditation. I mean, I always go back to the meditation and prayers. I mean, If we again, As you know, Dr. Mastro says, It's not our will. We're turning our will over to God's will. Right. And there's always going to be this personality and the illusion that comes up. That's part of the shadow of the dark in life. That's part of what we do. But we say, OK. I mean, We had a little challenges getting our audio together here. We just went, OK. You immediately said, You know, God, It'll work out. You know, God willing. And it is God willing, You know, But we have an intention we can set to work God. And also to create the highest energy of love and life to be able to really communicate the best and highest form of love and life. And we in any moment may not know how that's going to show up. Right. Just like yesterday, I didn't. Who would have guessed? I mean, We don't know what life is going to bring us. That's why it's so exciting to encounter these daily lessons. This is like, Wow. What are you going to bring today, God? I will. I will do the interview in the best way possible. But there's still going to be sometimes tech challenges. There's going to be life challenges and things come up. But that's what sculpts us. You know, Look how you've been sculpted over the last three years. Think of how you've been sculpted. What you've accomplished because you knew that you wanted to do this. Yeah. Yeah. And actually, It's not honestly, It wasn't me actually doing a radio thing, But all I wanted to do was to communicate whatever energy healing does and metaphysics does for people. The power of meditation. That's all I wanted to do. But being on radio wasn't necessarily something that I was thinking to myself. It just became a convenient way to promote metaphysics and to be able to answer questions from people. So I'm just very grateful that it's become very, It's an important aspect now because people are realizing how important it is. So thank you for bringing it up, Dr. Simbi. And actually, Over the last few years, I think one of the things that PD helped me is your book, Prayers, Affirmations and Meditations. It's really something, Especially here in the Philippines. Yes, That's the cop. So that book, Honestly, It helped me open my consciousness to a lot of things that I didn't realize was necessary. And especially one of the things that I had to deal with in the Philippines is me growing up as a Catholic, But not really understanding what the rituals were for. So the moment I read your book, I then had that fascination and appreciation for all the rituals, Especially during the Eucharistic Mass. It's with you and Father Carol Payette that I'm able to rekindle whatever appreciation I actually have for my Catholic roots. So anyway, Dr. Simbi, How would you differentiate the metaphysical science, Prayer and meditation compared to the Orthodox way of praying, Which is just mouthing, Memorized prayers that doesn't really have anything to do with the power of your intention? Absolutely has the power of intention. But, You know, I read certain prayers to lay a field. And it is helpful to read prayers. You know, You can read your prayers, But when you're reading prayers, The energy focus is more of the mind. And if someone and a service is reading the prayers, You are an observer. You're not participating. You're repeating maybe what the priest is saying, But it's not coming as much from your heart. When you let go of that mind of just reading and repeating or whatever and come and have a heartfelt conversation with God, That's done, As Jesus said, You go within your closet, You go within. And as Dr. Masters also said, That's going into that place of meditation where I feel you still can pray, But it's a conversation. It's like, God, What do you wish to have me do? God, Can you help me express your highest vision of my whole self? God, Can you be here present with us today, Right now, And help whatever needs to be communicated, Communicate? And then trust and have faith that that energy is connecting with that energy of the God light within, Of the Christ within. And I love Father Carrell. We have had such a beautiful understanding. I say in my book, Mystical Mother Mary, That I'm not a Catholic, But I have great appreciation and respect and honor for the fact that they honor Mother Mary more than any other religion. They understood that power and they're understanding more and more with the insight and light of Pope Francis. They're bringing more understanding, As they have recently done, Into accepting that God loves us all. It doesn't matter if you are saying you're gay, If you're gay, You're homosexual, If you want to, They're now allowing civil unions, Which are there, The intention is to allow civil unions and accepting that. That's a big step. If you go back to the roots of where the Catholic Church started, Originally, It was not including Mary Magdalene, It wasn't including Mother Mary. It was the men starting off on their own way of believing and doing. And some of the other teachers like Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary said, This isn't what Jesus was teaching. But at the same time, They felt for some reason they needed that form around it. And it's taken 2000 years and we're still learning how to connect with the true intent of Jesus Christ in our way and my way is by going within. And then I respect anyone who can also deal with that, I hate to call it bureaucracy, But what it takes to work within what's formed as the religion, The religious aspect that you have to follow within. And that's why I love Father Carrell so much. He is doing this. He's done this. And because he is more people like you and myself can really have a greater love for what's happening in the growth of the church. Yeah. Thank you for sharing it, Dr. Cindy, Because honestly, Here in the Philippines, People still have a devotion to the church. And I think it's something that I want to continue because in a way it helped me understand that I have a connection to some higher being, Higher power, Source energy. But at the same time, There's a part of me that I want a bigger, I mean, A better perspective for people to understand what it really means to have a personal relationship with that higher power, Especially realizing that God is within as well. And it's so important to learn how to meditate because it's in that space where you're able to freely and easily connect to God's power and presence within you. Because in that space, You can really experience the abiding presence of that higher power, Especially during this COVID season. A lot of people are trying to overcome a lot of limitations. And with meditation and prayers, Dr. Cindy, How do you think should people begin with, Especially if they're faced with a particular challenge? The first thing to begin with always is God is always there. We are made from that creative spirit that is God. So if we can take away any separation of thinking that God is not here, That God doesn't love us, That there's anything there that we feel that is blocking it, We can just take that away and realize God is here. God loves us. God wants us to love ourselves so we can love others even better. And yes, We make mistakes. We make mistakes. I mean, Every day we make mistakes. We learn by making mistakes. And it's not meant to shame us. It's not meant to make us feel guilty. It's not meant to have judgment against us. And it's very, Very hard when there are rules and regulations that are forming and have to be formed, I guess, To keep anything as big as a church or anything going. But I've been a bit of a rebel all my life. I'm not real good with authority. I've always come with Him. But I do recognize that God has certain ways that that love needs to be expressed. And Jesus Christ definitely was an example, A living example of how we can forgive, How we can turn the other cheek, How we do not judge, We don't cast stones. I mean, Everything in His life was that, The values, Which are so important. But there were also those miracles. He healed. He healed the sick. He did. He performed miracles. He was an enlightened and is an enlightened master of the highest degree. And so sometimes that gets lost in translation. Those miracle magic that He performs happens when you aren't limited by the bonds of material. Spirit and matter combined as one. That's the Christ in form here. But we are working with the form. How do we allow that spirit to completely transform our form? That's the lifetime process I'm working on. We're all working on, Right? Yeah. Thank you so much for sharing that. I want to ask you, What do you think makes someone more effective as a medium, As a healer? Because you talked about Jesus' capacity to heal other people. And you mentioned that He wasn't limited by the material. So what do you think would make someone be your channel? Be Christ. Become Christ. The healing comes from God. And Jesus always said, It's not I, But the Father within that doeth the good. And He always remembered that. And you can heal, But it's not you, But God energy coming through. And here's the rub. Here's the issue. We all wish to do good. When people ask for prayers, We all want to pray and help. But we forget sometimes it's not us that decides things. It's God. And we may not know what is the higher plan and purpose. So when we go within and pray, We don't go, I want to heal this person. I'm going to heal this person because they want to be healed. It's up to God to heal that person. We can ask God to heal that person. And through that energy and claiming the power of that love and light, We can really direct them, Focus that energy. But I'm a Reiki master and I think you do Reiki as well, Don't you? Yeah, You do. When you do Reiki, You're not saying I'm going to heal this person. You're an open channel for that energy to come through you. We don't know what's really for the best. And we all want to help someone who's suffering. But we don't know what the karma is, What the purpose is, The future, What might happen with that person moving on, Maybe in having to leave their body now and the work they can do on the other side. And people, This is one of the biggest and hardest questions people are going, If there's a God, Why is he allowing the suffering? You hear that question all the time, Right? If there's a God, Why would he allow Hitler to be doing the terrible things he does? If there's a God, Why is there COVID-19? Yeah, We don't understand the free will. We don't understand that God has given us this greatest gift. We are here with free will to learn and choose. And we can't mess with a person's soul, Karma and what's going on. And we can ask. We certainly can ask in prayer, But we shouldn't be interfering with that other person's soul purpose, Which they may not know. They may not understand until they leave their body. When they leave their body, You'll have a greater understanding of why these things happen. But it's not God doing these things to us that are what we consider to be bad. It's not God that created COVID-19. So, You know, It's so hard to have that kind of faith and to have that kind of trust. But once you experience God's unconditional love and light, You do totally understand and trust and realize this world is in a lot of shadows and darkness. And it needs all of our love and all of our dedication, All of our light to try to help enlighten the world and help others. That's why I respect people like Father Correll. I respect the people in the church. I really do. And you for the work you're doing, Because each one of us have to step up right now. There's an amazing opening and a change going on. But at the same time, There's all these challenges we're all facing. And it's up to each one of us as people who are dedicated to the path to do our job right now the best we can to help with love and light and prayers and meditation to really step up and be there and be present to do what we need to do. To bring about the changes that are going to be coming. Yes. Thank you so much for sharing that, Dr. Senge. And I have a follow up question, Especially you mentioned about Soul's purpose. And not everyone is actually ready to receive whatever soul's purpose they have. And I was just wondering what if someone is a close friend, A family member and you know, A couple of things that can actually help them. So shall you interfere with their decision making process? Should you make suggestions? Love, Love, Love. We and you know, As a metaphysician, How many times people have said they started on the metaphysical path and there were family members who thought they were doing. It was dark and it was dark. And, You know, That's the judgments they have. And they will see in time that that's not the case. God willing. Yeah. But people have always to make their own choice. But if you really love them, If you really love them and don't judge them, You know, They have their own choices to make for their own life purpose. And who knows, You know, We don't know why they've chosen to come back from this body and form at this time to experience what they're experiencing. But you can't force someone to see the way you want them to see. You can't love them unconditionally. You can pray for them unconditionally. But, You know, In their minds, They're right. In their mind, In their minds, You know, Right now, I don't even know if I want to go there, But we saw this in America with this division we had about Trump. With some people, Even some people we love who are metaphysicians, Thinking things and saying things that truly shocked me because they believed in something I didn't believe in, Right? Yeah. But, You know, They were believing for whatever reason they needed to believe. Who knows if it was because it was based on fear gets planted by people out there in control sometimes. And that fear will cause some people to act a certain way. I know I can't change people who believe Trump is the president. I mean, I can post daily, But all I would do is create more animosity. And I'm going to let that be evident as Biden, President Biden, President-elect Biden, Is going to be that in time that they see there's good things happening. And it's hard to try to say to someone like this woman I met, This young woman on the trail that thought I was her mother. And she kept saying, Mom, Mom. And I was trying. I'm not your mom. You know, I mean, I know I'm not her mom. She's a local lady. She's got black hair. And I know she's not my daughter, But she thinks she's not one. She saw me. I was her mom. Now what do I do? You know, I can't change the way she's thinking at that moment. I really wish I could have. I tried. But that's what she's going through is up to her to experience. And it was hard for me to come to terms with that. What can I do for her? She thinks I'm her mother. What do you do when someone is thinking something, Not the truth, Right? Do what you can do. I prayed. I really did pray for her when I came over this morning. I hope she's not out there looking for a mother. Yeah. And we trust that she's able to find her mom. And she's of a certain age, So I'm sure she's probably working or she's in college. So something that should be easier for her to figure out. Unless, Mentally, There's something that needs to be. Yeah. Yeah. So, Yeah. And it's just amazing because we have all these interesting things happening, Especially when you're doing broadcast. You get different reactions from different people. And like what you mentioned earlier, Some of your shadows are going to be shown. The light will put things to be corrected if it's needed to be corrected. And especially if you're a public figure, It's going to be a lot more difficult for you to maintain your integrity, Especially if there are other people who are actually thinking otherwise. Especially what you mentioned about President Trump and President-elect Joe Biden. I'm sure there's a lot of forces there, How should I say? People are actually taking sides wherever they feel it's most beneficial to them or beneficial to the community, Whatever resonates with their party's best. Or for some people, Like a friend of mine who lives in Seattle, He was telling me, I didn't vote because I don't know who to vote for and I think it's going to be the same. It's going to be the same government. It's sad. We are at a crossroads in time and things intensify. I've said this before, When there's more light coming in, And there are your people, The people, The metaphysicians, There's so many people meditating now, But as we bring in the light, We have to be prepared to see things that we haven't seen before. I say a prayer of grace in the morning and it's a hard one because it happens. Reveal what needs to be revealed. Heal what needs to be healed. And bringing in that Holy Spirit, You may have something revealed that you may not like. But it's many times very interesting how it gets revealed. This is happening in the world right now. We're seeing things revealed that are sometimes hard to deal with. But if we don't see it and if it's not revealed to us, How can we heal it? Yeah. And heal that. Something that I want to ask you as well, Dr. Senbi, Because I'm a believer of, You know, You can heal and the energy can be benevolent and it can be merciful. It can be filled with grace. And we don't necessarily have to deal with shock and trauma and drama. And that's something that I admire about you, Especially bringing in the mystical aspect of Mother Mary into your prayer and devotion. So can you please tell us more about it? Because sometimes people think that you're just mouthing words, But they don't really feel the vibration of how things are actually going to be, How things are going to transform as you keep using those words. So, For instance, Dr. Senbi, One of the ways in which I used your book, Prayers, Affordations and Meditation, My partner before asked me to pray for her because she's presenting her research in London. So I used one of the prayers in the book, Prayers, Affordations and Meditation. So definitely before the approval of her research and her trip to London, There was a part of us where we were thinking, You know, We have to establish it firmly in consciousness that this is where you actually want to be. So naturally, When you're not yet there, There's a part of you that goes to and fro, Am I going to be there, Am I not going to be there, Am I going to be there, Am I not going to be there. So with the help of your book, I was able to help her, Pray for her in that space. And in fact, She received an excellent research award for her work. And at the same time, She was able to travel to London, Freely, Easily and effortlessly. Well, You know, As you believe social, I mean, As you believe it in your heart. Now, The word believe is a very, Very powerful word, But you bring in believe and free will and God's will, Right? But it certainly is part, You know, We see how the, Remember how the secret took off and, And it's manifestation is an interesting thing, You know, And you will learn. I mean, Because it is really up to God. You will learn over time the way to use magic properly. But the first thing and the most important, And I know you follow is harmlessness. Again, We don't know sometimes what could be harmful or what can't, But again, If you pray and if it's meant to be and follow it, As I know you do, Then it happens, You know, And by God's grace, By God's will. And because it was at that time accepted to be happening, But you brought up something I want to bring up. I love this, This Mother Mary. Mother Mary appeared to me and I wrote this book, This mystical Mother Mary. And again, I'm not a practicing Catholic and at the same time, I have this vision of Mother Mary and she at the time was there present to heal some deep wounds from abuse. As you know, I, At the, At the, For a few years of meditation, I wasn't even aware that I was abused as a child by the man who I babysat for it. And it came out through the love and the presence of Mother Mary that I felt strong enough love that I could go deep, Deep, Deep inside myself and remember things I hadn't remembered. I'd also was raped at a young age of 12 and I had a husband who was extremely abusive and psychotic and all of these things kind of are domino effects from one thing of abuse, Many things can happen. But Mother Mary really is aware and over the last five, Six years, More and more women have been able to say that they have been abused and come out because there's been shame. And there's still a shame involved in some Arab countries and some people who are Muslim, If they've been abused by their father, There's still sometimes total shame and they can be blamed if they were even raped. So I know Mother Mary's aware of the problems. I mean, One in five women have been, Had gone through some kind of domestic violence. One in four have been raped. And that's now coming out more and I knew at this time when I got this message from her that that energy of love, The unconditional love that she had was there for me to help them overcome the abuse, Which can be so damaging and just so prevalent, Unfortunately. But she also, At the end of the book, I write about it, She gave me not only the courage to go deep and understand what happened to me with the abuse and the effects of that abuse in my life, But also to be delivered to Christ. She is a deliverer. We think about Christmas, Mother Mary delivered Christ. Mother Mary was a total mystic. She had union with God, She experienced the Holy Spirit. It wasn't a mistake. It wasn't just like, Oh my gosh, I just got chosen. She was trained. She was from a family of people who had been training and meditating. And she was totally aware of who Christ was and how to rape someone. That, You know, Part of my, Well, She was just this innocent person who took the time, Didn't know what was going on. There's a song, Mother Mary, Did you know? And yes, She knew. Mary knew and she still knows and she still cleaned with the angels and she's still there to help and heal. And if anyone's experienced abuse, I really do recommend turning to her and then of course deliver her way to the Lord also with that love and healing and the forgiveness to then understand that Christ is there. People who have been abused have issues with the masculine image sometimes, Projected upon God. God is Father, Mother, God. But we all, He, He, He, And if you've been abused by that image, It may be hard for you to turn to that image, But Mother Mary can help you. I'm just, I was, I still, I am amazed by the miracles accomplished and have been accomplished and still be accomplished in my life and by so many millions by Mother Mary. Yes. Thank you so much for sharing it, Dr. Cindy. And this is the first time that I heard a very personal story from you. And in the past, I also encountered clients and even friends and partners of mine who also went through the same thing. And it's just really devastating, Of course, When you hear it, But it's just amazing that you're able to share something that will help them expand their awareness and empower themselves about what to do about this matter. And of course, It's very dramatic for the stories that I've heard from other people. And thank you for sharing it, Because I think it really does something to the person that, You know, Because I meet a lot of intelligent women and, You know, Very beautiful women, And then they tell you things and especially about what you shared. And I just know that, By the way, Talk about things, It's just really out there, Something, And then there's a feeling of insecurity in them, Especially with the abuse thing. So it really does a lot to your self-esteem when you've been, Especially if you're in love with someone, Married to someone and they abuse you. That is one of the tools they use to have controls continually telling you you're not worthy and bring up the negative things about you. So it does take a long time to heal, But you can. I wrote a whole CD on it called A Rise Above Abuse, And you can. You have to be aware that it was a part of your life, But at the same time, It helped me turn to God because I understood that comfort in God that helped to heal. So even if we have these terrible things that happen and abuse is a terrible thing, I mean, And here in Hawaii, We have a terrible problem with abuse of women. I mean, And sometimes they'll even take away all the things you love so that you're totally under their control. But, But you can get help. There's, There is always help out there and there's help within and there is help out. And that again goes back to what I started with, Overcoming fear. You have to trust enough to overcome that fear or you're going to be locked in that fear. And that's not a good place to live. Yes. Thank you for sharing it, Dr. Simini, Because it's just something that I feel, You know, I just empathize with what you shared because I've heard so many people share stories like that to me. And I just, I try to do my best to listen to them because I don't really know how to process those things for them. But I just know that it's really bothersome for a lot of people. Sometimes for other people, It takes years, It takes decades. So I'm happy that you're able to shine the light on this issue and, You know, Give people hope that they can still be in their most productive mode despite all things like that happening. Because for most people, They lose their capacity to be more creative and be more productive because they're so bothered about issues like that. Especially if they're not able to share things that really bother them to someone whom they feel they can trust. Because I know for a fact that honestly, You have to process it, Of course. And you need someone as well to help you, At least someone who will listen to you and not judge you, To help you heal with the matter. So please tell us more about your personal relationship with the God within, Dr. Cindy, And how it actually helped you overcome such traumatic experiences. You know, One thing you learn when you turn within is to connect with that inner light, That inner self. And people meditating sometimes just go through it, Lately, Mindfulness, Which is fine. You breathe, You know, And you just relax your body and you feel good and you release your tension. But that for me is like the starting point to connect with your soul, To really connect with that inner light of lights. And when you get that inner connection to your soul, Then you have the perch, The place inside where you can connect with where that soul comes from. The soul is the spark of that spirit that comes from God. And once you then connect with God, And you have to do it in stillness and quiet. You can listen to, There's some wonderful guided meditations, Dr. Master has some beautiful meditations, As you know. But it's also these days, A lot of people are only doing the guided meditations, But it's good to just trust enough to be still. And when you make that inner connection, To trust it enough to be in that presence to just allow yourself to make that connection with the God light within. Now, Sometimes people have fears, They have issues, They're mine, They don't trust. There are all kinds of things that will come up when I see people sitting for days on end in a retreat, Sometimes all this stuff will come up and it's very normal. And it's good that it comes up because as it comes up, It means maybe you haven't faced it and you need to release it. And as you do that, Then you learn more and more. I have found one of the greatest gifts for me is when I sit in meditation, Sometimes you don't even know. You've seen people meditate and nothing's happening when I'm meditating. Well, Yeah, You don't think nothing's happening. I write every day after I've meditated. I started doing this when I was 13 years old. And I sometimes have that, Well, I don't know, Nothing came to me. I'm just going to write anyway. I made that commitment to write every day. And every day something comes. Every day there's something that comes. Now, I may not have been aware of it with my mind. It's very subtle sometimes. But there are messages that come. What does that show me? It shows me that sometimes we don't know with our thinking mind that changes are happening. But if you start checking in and seeing how your life is changing and what's going on, You'll be amazed at what's happening. And you need to trust that God within. Now on the metaphysical, Mystical path, Our life is our teacher. So you go within. I write my messages down. It's like, OK, What's happening today? You know, Maybe it's someone who thinks I'm their mom. I don't know. Or maybe it's something that's going to push my butt in the summer. Someone who's not wearing a mask, You know, Is too close. You know, Something's going to come up that's going to teach me a little about what more I have to work on. And life is our teacher. And that's the practical part of mysticism. When we let life teach us. Now, If we let our ego get in the way and go, That person's really an idiot. I can't believe that person's doing this. Look at what they're doing. You're not getting the message right. Yeah, That person's there. And you may judge them. But that person's there because they're there to teach you something. So you learn not to judge how life teaches you. And sometimes, Like this last year, We've had a lot of challenging lessons that have happened. But we don't deny them. We go, OK. Obviously, There's a lot to learn right now. And I consider that a blessing that I have these amazing things. I'm still learning things. But if things take you go back in. If you remember, Go back in at night and meditate again at night. Do a life review. Do a day review. What happened today? Oh, This happened. OK. Be grateful for it. Think about it. Send it light. Forgive it. Release it. Take the lesson and release it. Right. Let it go. That's your lesson. The review at night is very valuable because when we die at the end, We do a life review. If you've been doing your daily lessons at the end of each day, It makes it a lot easier because then you have less to have to review at the end of your life. But each day is a miracle. Each day there's miracles happening. As you go within, As you meditate, You find that God within. The abundant blessings of each lesson and miracle just increase as you're able to accept it. Yes.
