Thank you Rev. Cindy I really needed to hear your words of wisdom today.
I am feeling overwhelmed by life, the world and I pray 🙏 a lot but as someone who has spent the last 10 years mostly in bed because of living with chronic health issues, I need to stop trying to save the world, and maybe focus on what I can do, avkind word, support to family, friends( which I do ) and as I meditated 🧘‍♀️ with you then, the words" rest", " don't rush" came to mind. Time to back of social media I think and reconnect with joy, laughter and peace in my life.
