A very,
Very big aloha to you.
I'm Reverend Cindy Paulus,
And I was thinking how there's some universal connection and timelessness in this gift of exploring what's going on in the world and inside as well.
And I think of all the great teachers and the philosophers and the mystics and the poets and the writers throughout time who've always had that inner curiosity and have been able to try to explore the truth.
And the truth as we know is universal,
And in some ways it's timeless,
But it's the principles behind the truth,
That curiosity of understanding it.
And I think the word resonating is a beautiful word.
That sound resonates.
We are re-sonneting.
We're sonneting.
You know,
That's a beautiful thing.
I sometimes love sonnets,
You know.
I don't think many people write sonnets anymore,
But we're re-sonneting.
We're resonating with this wonderful magical energy that keeps the universe going.
And it's an ongoing journey.
It spirals throughout all time and space.
And in some ways there's a timelessness throughout all time and space that does connect us.
And I think when we read inspiring books,
We can sense that.
I think when we listen to music that truly speaks to our soul,
I think we can feel that.
And I think that there's,
You know,
Now great movies probably that capture that.
And some of the greatest movies have that magic alive in them as well.
And so I think the gift is being able to be inspired and to constantly be in tune with that wonderful energy that is out there,
That is universal,
That is going to continue to let us feel the good in the world and to search for the truth in the world and to look deep and then to look deeper and to experience the depths of how far that can go.
This is becoming an explorer of a different kind,
Right?
An inner explorer for the truth and the light and the energy within.
What a great gift you are as explorers of this beautiful energy that is completely spiraling and connecting us as one.
It's miraculous,
Really truly miraculous at how this works.
And I don't think we ever want to take it for granted and to ignore the fact that it is a powerful force for good in the world.
And I believe that now more than ever there's a need for this wonderful energy.
And that's why I'm always so very grateful that you're there and you're listening and you're sharing this energy and you're connecting and you're sharing with others as well.
It's a beautiful thing that makes a difference in the world.
And there's a lot that people have been upset and discouraged with and wishing to battle in the world and I totally understand that.
But I think we have to be coming from that inner place of seeing the light and the truth to share and show the way to many others who are still looking to share their energy in a positive way.
And I think one of the ways we can do this is in meditation.
I have to say I get really inspired because there's many people out there that are meditating now.
So many.
I mean I started when I was 14 years old which was a long,
Long,
Long time ago and there were not near as many people meditating at that time.
There were not near as many people reading and trying to find that connection.
Now there were certainly those who were philosophers and those who were searching throughout time for great books.
But it's the thing that the meditation form now in the world is stronger than ever before.
It's a wonderful thing.
And this is a force and a force field we can't take for granted.
And we shouldn't underestimate the power of just taking the time to be silent and to go within.
Now I do my talks here about 10-15 minutes.
I really never time them.
But I also do a silent meditation in the morning of an hour every morning.
And a lot of people say I don't have the time for that especially when it gets busy.
But you know what if you wake up earlier.
I wake up before in the morning.
And if you wake up earlier you will find that you do have the time.
And it's an energizing and wonderful way to spend that wonderful time in connecting within.
And I get so inspired that I write a poem every single day.
Maybe I call them messages more than poems.
But I write something every day.
And it comes from that time within.
But I like to also in that time within bridge where I go from within and bring it back out through the from higher places you can go in connecting with your soul.
And bring it back out into your conscious mind.
And I do that through writing.
So I do write a message every day,
A poem every day.
I share it on Facebook every day.
And I don't know what was shared here.
But there is that out there.
And you find that you can get that connection as well.
And I don't know if writing is your thing.
But maybe it's art.
Maybe it's something else.
But it's always valuable to try to connect where you go inside a meditation.
And bring it back into your conscious mind for work in your world.
It's truly a way of.
And I think it's a way of really finding more meaning in your life.
And more purpose.
And that's so so valuable my friends.
So let's just take some time to go within.
And as always I just like to make sure that I have a brilliant white light all around me from above me to below me in front of me and behind me.
Just a protective white light to protect from all any other negative energy that might be out there in the world.
And to just take that moment to signal to my higher self I'm going into meditation.
And of course I love that breath.
That also is a wonderful signal to my conscious mind that I'm going to go into meditation.
Breathing deeply in.
Oh,
Cracking the neck.
Got the message.
And breathing out.
Breathing in.
Holding the breath.
And breathing out.
And I do that ha-ha breath.
You know as I do.
Ha-ha is in Hawaiian.
That ha-ha is a wonderful thing.
And a low ha-ha is spirit.
That spirit of that breath.
Ha-ha.
Going deeper within.
And sense yourself finding that wonderful space and connecting with all of your inside energy.
Making sure your body is very aligned.
It's always helpful to have a flow of energy going through your body.
From your feet and your calves.
Your knees and your whole thighs.
All the legs do so much work for you.
And the base of your spine and all of your chakras from the base of the spine all the way up your spine.
Up the kundalini.
Up to the top of the head.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Going deeper within.
Now you might be seeing with your eyes closed the energy and lights changing.
For me,
As I close my eyes and go into meditation more deeply here,
I see the lights within changing.
A light show of sorts.
But often they correlate with the energy that you're thinking and feeling in your higher energy.
Your etheric field surrounds you.
So wonderful etheric field that is so wonderful.
Full of your energy and your auric energy and colors.
And allowing yourself to travel on deeper and deeper inside.
Let's go to the source of love within your heart.
It's a wonderful thing to be able to connect with your heart.
Your true heart of your heart.
What a wonderful space that is.
And often it gets shut down through time and events and life.
But it's always good to reinforce that love presence in your heart by recognizing it.
By opening that heart a little wider,
A little fuller.
And allowing that heart to feel that love within.
That love is such a beautiful gift that feeds your heart.
And it also feeds your soul.
Be grateful for your soul as well.
That soul is with you lifetime after lifetime after lifetime.
That soul is always there to guide you and give you direction,
Inspiration.
What a wonderful thing that soul,
That soul you are,
Is.
It's always nice to take a moment to recognize and be grateful for your soul's precious,
Precious energy.
That precious soul of light.
Breathing in and recognizing the soul.
Now you might very well feel an expansion of energy as you recognize your soul.
Is there any message,
Is there any energy your soul would like you to know?
Receive any impression that you might from your soul.
And it's always nice to allow your soul to be connected to the source of all love and all light.
That infinite love of all loves.
That unconditional love from the source of all love.
And as you open that doorway from your soul to the one soul of all light and love,
You're expanding your whole energy field and everything that you are,
And reinforcing that true purpose for why you're here.
What is your purpose?
And allow your life and your time here to be inspired by your true purpose here in life.
Your reason for being.
This beautiful gift of being alive.
Now slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Come on back slowly,
Come on back into your soul energy and then into your mind and your body and your heart and that love energy.
Connect the threads,
Connect the lines by taking a moment to write down any word or words that may come to you.
It may be one word,
It may be a lot of words,
But whatever it is by you connecting those threads into one line that is written down,
You're building that thread of energy.
And it's such a gift.
