I'm Reverend Cindy Paulus,
And I thought with all the busy stuff we do in our life and all the things we have to do,
It might be nice to just be still and be.
So we're going to do a meditation together where we're going to just feel good and be with nothing to do,
Nothing to worry about,
Nothing but light and love and good feelings.
And let's just start with getting comfortable and shutting out all the distractions of the outside world and being here now.
Straighten the spine.
Let it be aligned so that you can easily breathe in.
Deeply breathing in and holding for a second and just breathing everything out that might be causing any tension in the body.
We're going to do this five times.
Breathing in,
Holding,
And breathing out.
Just letting go.
Oh,
Sense and scan the body.
Breathing in,
Feeling good,
And holding and just letting go.
Just release anything that's in their mind or any tensions in the body.
Breathing deeply in through your stomach up to your chest,
Holding,
And breathing out.
Just letting go.
Just let go.
And one more time.
Just breathing in gratitude,
Breathing in,
Holding,
And just releasing and letting go.
And now just be comfortable breathing in and breathing out.
Nothing to do,
Just being here.
Being still and scan the body.
Is there any tension in the eyes,
Any tension in the head,
The neck?
There is.
Just consciously be aware of that tension and let it go.
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go.
And giving some love and compassion to your body that's been put through a lot.
Breathing in and breathing out and scanning deeply into your chest and your shoulders.
Shoulders.
Shoulders.
If there's any tension,
Just kind of breathe in,
Raise them up to your ears and just breathe out.
Breathing deeply into your heart.
Breathing that love and scanning your heart of hearts.
Letting it be present in love.
Breathing in love and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Feeling love.
Just love.
Love for yourself.
Love for who you really are.
Love for your whole existence and everything you try to do.
Just allow yourself to love yourself.
You don't need to do anything else,
But just right now feel love.
Feel love that you have for someone in your life.
Feel how that love feels and allow that love to be 100% clear.
Breathing in that love and letting it expand and expand throughout all of your body and letting your whole stomach and your whole area of your kidneys,
Your solar plexus,
Your spleen,
Your liver.
Just letting it be full of light.
Letting it be there.
Breathing in that whole energy of releasing any tension or any concerns or any tightness and let it go down to your pelvic area and the base of your spine.
Just releasing any emotions or any feelings that are not pleasant.
Just let them go and allow that whole body and your legs to be full of light.
Your knees to be full of wonderful energy.
Your calves and your feet and thank your legs for all the work they do and allow the energy to be filled in gratitude right now.
Just being grateful for being here and for your body,
For the presence right now here with you and just allow yourself to be free of anything that might be in your mind.
Be aware of the presence how does it feel right now just to be present.
Allow yourself to feel great compassion for yourself,
For all the work you've done,
For everything you've been through.
Just give your whole being love and gratitude and compassion.
Now just stay here in this beautiful state of compassion.
Nothing to do,
Just be.
Be aware.
I hear a bird outside.
I feel a slight breeze.
What are you aware of?
Be aware of what you're aware of.
Expand your awareness and allow that energy of awareness to go through you and out around you and feel the light.
All the light that is present in your being.
All the light you cannot see.
Be aware of that light,
That precious light being that you are.
Experience yourself right now as a precious being of light.
Being light here and now.
The wonderful gift of being aware of the light that you are.
Breathe it in.
The light energy is full of magic light and in your head feel that light of enlightenment right now.
Be the light.
Allow yourself to believe you are light.
Now allow yourself to be in the stillness within.
Go to that sacred place of stillness within.
Go deeper into the stillness within.
Feel the stillness of your soul.
Be aware of the presence that's there in your soul and now just be in the light of your soul and allow the soul's light to shine through you in your body and breathe it in.
Let it be with you with the presence here now.
Feel that light going through all of your body,
Every cell,
Every part of your very beingness.
Feel embraced by light.
Feel embraced by love.
Feel that presence of light and love.
Just sigh.
Just sigh.
Now put a smile on your face.
Just allow yourself to smile and allow your soul to smile.
You are now smiling with your body and your soul.
Ah,
Feels so good to smile with your soul and your body.
To let anything else just go.
And now connect with the ultimate light of the cosmos.
The enlightened light of the cosmos shining there within you and slowly come back and be aware of your mind slowly coming to that place of peace and bringing it into your total consciousness now in your mind,
In your body,
In your whole beingness absorbed in that peace,
That light of love.
And feel renewed.
Feel redeemed.
Feel re-energized.
Feel good and thank yourself for allowing yourself to feel good.
And remember you can always choose to feel good and you can share that good that is present in you with others.
