This word is becoming more and more efficient ultimately,
But inwardly the mind is becoming more and more chaotic.
The outward efficiency implies the inward history to seek pleasure.
But we have to face the neutrality.
The mind is unhappy,
Life is miserable.
We have to face this disorder of the mind.
To face the disorder is to understand deeply,
Perceive this scheme in ourselves so the mind sees it clearly.
When seeing clearly,
The mind takes sheer action.
That's to empty the mind now.
Stop seeking now.
Breaking up any continuation of thoughts,
The patterns of thoughts.
So the mind stays with what is now immediately.
When the mind stops seeking pleasure,
It doesn't mean that there's no pleasure.
It just means that the mind stops seeking.
When the pleasure arrives,
The mind doesn't refuse.
When the pleasure disappears,
The mind doesn't crave.
The mind anyway doesn't seek.
Without seeking,
The mind is alert for the mischief created by the images.
So the mind observes,
Learns at each moment not to be deceived by the images.
This is life moment by moment.
Without seeking this tremendous pleasure in life,
One can't imagine.
Such pleasure is innocent and unimaginable.
It's joy.
What one can imagine is pleasure from thoughts.
Joy can be only experienced when one's living fully at this moment,
Moment by moment.
