**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

This relationship between those images implies that,

For most people on this planet,

The relationship is a thought,

It's an idea,

It's a concept,

Which have no reality at all.

And the love people have been talking about is born out of that.

And this love is kind of a hypocrisy,

Isn't it?

I say I love you,

But actually I love myself most.

I always care about myself most,

Always me first.

When I say I love myself most,

I have the question,

Who am I?

When I say myself,

Me,

Moan,

I,

It immediately triggers a lot of images.

My position,

My health,

My car,

My wife,

My money,

My salary,

My title,

My education.

So the self,

The me,

Is also thoughts,

Ideas,

Concepts.

I love myself most is naturally a thought process,

Being utterly selfish,

Utterly egocentric.

The whole movement of thoughts is running around the center,

Which is me.

And actually I'm totally isolated by myself.

And when I say I love you,

Isn't it very hypocritical,

Very self deceptive?

I don't even see you at all.

And the phrase I love you only brings the pleasure to me.
