**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

Without dealing with disorder,

People tend to deal with the symptom,

All kinds of mental challenges,

Individual personal issues.

But this focus on the symptom without dealing with the root is another part of the disorder.

You see,

Without understanding this,

Doing things only create more disorder.

To understand disorder,

We have to understand,

Observe carefully,

Deeply of all the movement of thoughts in life.

Why do I think in this way?

It's a question rarely asked by people.

The mind is conditioned on some specific groove of thinking.

People rarely ask,

Challenge why the thoughts goes in this way.

Without observing and questioning the movement of thoughts,

The mind is naturally conditioned.

Therefore,

Such a mind can't really find out what is disorder.

And the people living in the same society are all conditioned on the same groove of thinking without realizing what is disorder.

So a conditioned mind is in nature disorder.

A mind that is conditioned on its own illusion,

Its own idiosyncrasy,

Its own preference,

Its own feeling,

Its own sensation is inevitably in self-deception,

Self-illusion.

And the self-deception is disorder.
