So,
If you haven't already closed over your eyes,
Go ahead and do so as you get yourself as comfortable as you can be.
Starting to slow down your breath,
Breathing a little slower and deeper than usual,
Allowing your attention to come fully into this moment,
Leaving yesterday behind and letting today worry about itself.
We are here,
Now,
In this moment.
So,
Taking another deeper,
Slower breath and a long,
Easy out-breath.
And as you do,
Notice your body settle a little more.
Take a couple more intentional breaths,
Noticing each time how your body relaxes a little bit more.
Just notice any part of your body that feels tense and bring some softness to that area.
Maybe your shoulders,
Make sure they're not up close to your ears or up your shoulders and roll them if they feel tight.
And bringing breath to the area,
Just noticing if your body is aligned,
Head over the shoulders,
The shoulders over the hips,
In a nice,
Relaxed,
Soft way.
Bringing your body into alignment,
Bringing your mind into alignment with this moment.
Now,
Bring your attention to your heart area and on the next breath,
Imagine breathing in and out through your heart center.
Inhaling and exhaling gently and softly.
And as you do this,
Bring to mind something you feel really grateful for.
Could be a person,
A moment in your day yesterday or in the week,
Or simply the fact that we are alive right here,
Right now in a safe and loving space.
Continuing to breathe with your attention on the heart area,
Let yourself feel this gratitude fully in your heart,
Warm,
Expansive,
Fully alive here now.
And allowing that feeling to spread through your body.
Feel it fully in your chest and expanding out into your upper stomach,
Lower stomach area,
Down into your hips,
Your full torso.
Feel the gratitude in your head,
Expanding through your head and in all of your limbs.
Fully feel this gratitude right through your body and expanding outside of your body.
And from this beautiful,
Coherent space,
We're going to invite your intuition forward.
In this space,
Your inner voice can become clearer,
Tuning in to the right frequency.
So let's remind ourselves that we are intuitive beings and repeat these affirmations.
My intuition is calm,
Clear and always guiding me.
I trust the quiet wisdom that comes from within me.
My heart always knows the way.
The more I trust myself,
The stronger my inner guidance becomes.
I am guided by clarity and not by fear.
And just take a moment now to ask yourself,
What message does my inner wisdom have for me today?
Remember to trust what comes.
It could be one word.
Could be a feeling.
It could be just a sense of something.
And remember with your intuition,
It usually comes quickly.
It's the first voice,
The first feeling.
And it usually feels light and right.
Before our analytical mind comes in,
Before our fear sets in.
Contributing to us,
Doubting that quiet voice within.
Don't stress if you hear nothing.
Just stepping back into that coherent state,
Breathing into and out from the heart.
Feeling that gratitude again in your body.
And one more time,
Let's ask the question.
What message does my inner voice have for me today?
If you heard something,
Just remember it.
And anchor it into your body,
Into your heart.
Set it as an intention for today.
And if you heard nothing,
Don't worry,
You can try again.
Practice listening in.
Becoming still.
Going deep inside.
And ask and listen.
What message is there for you?
What does my heart,
What does my soul,
What does my higher self want me to know?
Whatever question feels right,
There's always an answer.
Even if the answer is not what you want to hear.
Even if it tells you to slow down and rest and you don't want to slow down.
Try and honour it in some way.
Because you know what's best for you.
Taking a lovely big deep breath in.
And exhaling and starting to become aware of your body in the chair or on the bed.
Your body in relation to the rest of the room.
To the house.
Noticing your feet.
Your hands.
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
And returning to this day.
Carrying with you that gratitude,
That coherence that you can step into at any moment.
And that trust that your inner voice is guiding you every day.
So have a beautiful inner day.
