Welcome to this Centering Session.

Getting very comfortable.

Body completely supported,

Sitting reclined or lying down.

Allow your eyes to get heavy.

Face dropping any tension.

Shoulders dropping.

Dropping into the support beneath you.

Diffuse awareness over the whole body.

Aware of the whole body all at once.

Feel as if the whole body is breathing.

Energy coming in,

Energy going out.

A field of energy.

Energy outside and inside your body in a continual,

Effortless exchange.

Divinely enmeshed,

Entwined,

Energy dancing within and without.

Expand your sense of self beyond the borders of your body.

Expanding field of energy.

The line between inside of you and outside of you blurring.

The line between you and the world blurring,

Diffusing.

A field of energy within and without in a constant cosmic dance.

As awareness expands beyond the body into the field of energy,

Notice that any discomfort associated with the body diffuses and dissolves.

Awareness of the body and its discomfort left behind.

As awareness expands,

Your sense of self expands.

Worries associated with this body,

This mind,

Diffuse and dissolve.

Awareness expands,

Worry left behind,

No longer held.

All concerns diffusing,

Dissolving as awareness merges into the field of energy.

Heaviness turning to lightness.

Burden turning to freedom.

As you expand your awareness of self.

If it feels good,

Dive into this expanded awareness.

Energetic awareness.

Allowing yourself to take up as much space as you like.

Take your time.

Pause here for a few moments or minutes.

Take a couple of deep breaths,

Bringing awareness back into your body.

If it feels good,

Hold some sense of your expanded self and your ability to revisit that awareness anytime you like.
