Hello and welcome to this day,
This day of possibility,
This day of clarity,
Moment by moment.
You never have to proceed beyond your comfort zone,
Even if you've always been told messages like no guts,
No glory,
No risk,
No reward.
Messages like that encourage us to proceed blindly.
Messages like that often will compel a feeling of anxiety,
A constriction of the breath,
And other visceral reactions like sweaty palms,
Shoulders hunching,
Eyes looking away from the present moment,
An inability to focus,
A barrage of messages of why you should do it,
Even if you're scared,
Why you're less of a person,
Because you are afraid.
And this meditation today,
Or rather,
Contemplation,
Is dedicated to giving yourself permission to proceed in gentleness.
And gentleness.
In the background,
You're hearing quite an aggressive tone,
An unwavering tone,
A consistent tone that is set to the 396 hertz,
So feggio frequency.
This tone is dedicated to the relief of fear,
Of guilt,
Of shame.
This tone resonates with the fibers of your being fibers of your being that believe in your innocence,
In your might,
In your awesomeness.
Regardless of how deeply those resonators may be buried,
This tone will help call them forth.
You have permission to proceed in gentleness.
You have permission in this day to do what feels right.
And to question if you know what feeling right even means.
Does it feel right because it's what everybody else is doing?
We are wired.
Instinctually,
Physiologically,
As homo sapiens sapiens who have been existing for at least 90,
000 years,
We are wired to fear isolation,
Uniqueness,
Uniqueness,
Being away from the crowd.
The way we see that show up for us today is that we do things and even think things because we do not want to isolate ourselves because that to our reptilian brain signals danger and death.
And so it is for good reason why you might be going through your day in uncertainty,
On a treadmill of forcing yourself from moment to moment,
Even if you don't like it,
Because you think that's what you should do.
And when you feel that irritation,
I don't like this.
This doesn't feel right.
This is not what I want to do.
It's typically met with all of the reasons why you're wrong.
All of the reasons why your intuition is wrong.
And shameful messages that tell you how to pull out of this by womaning up,
By manning up,
By getting over yourself and getting on with things.
By sucking it up and moving forward.
By quote,
Sleeping when you're dead.
You're alive right now.
And you are not born to walk a treadmill that is powered by fear and guilt and shame.
That is powered by fear and guilt and shame.
You have permission right now to celebrate the clarity of your thoughts.
To allow those thoughts that clearly say,
Wow,
This feels good.
To inform your words.
To allow those words to be supported by your actions.
To repeat those actions again and again and again,
That they become habits.
To notice the result of those habits over time blooming into what becomes our destiny.
But it starts with the willingness to ask for what some of us could be a very courageous question.
Does this feel right?
Whatever action you're about to take.
If the answer is yes,
Proceed.
If the answer is no,
Start testing to find out what does feel right.
Does feel right.
This iterative way of progressing in the world is the very way that magnificent,
Large companies exist.
They are constantly asking this question.
Does that agree with what we want?
Did these numbers line up with what we expected?
Do we like the impact of our actions?
Do we want to move in this direction?
That entity proceeds in clarity and exhaustively checks and rechecks to make sure that they are in alignment with their mission.
So that every part of the process,
From the person sweeping the floors,
To the person making the decisions for the next 10 years for the company,
Is proceeding in clarity.
We have permission to do that for ourselves.
We have permission to feel what's coming up as this solfeggio frequency resonates.
It bounces its tones and something reflects them back.
And there's an exchange of energy.
