This meditation will help you sink into the richness and aliveness of this present moment,

Feeling love for yourself and radiating happiness outward.

It's a simple practice you can bring with you into your day whenever you'd like to experience joyful presence.

So relax into a comfortable position and this time keep your eyes open.

Start with a couple of deep breaths,

Slowing down your inhale and your exhale.

And begin by repeating to yourself,

Just silently on the inside,

May I be well,

May I be happy.

Really receive those loving words in your heart space.

Let yourself take in your own well wishes.

May I be well,

May I be happy.

Now sink more deeply into the moment you are in using all of your senses.

First notice the sounds around you and appreciate them as part of the magical soundscape of your present moment.

Now notice everything your sense of touch is experiencing,

The surface you are sitting on,

The feeling of your clothes on your body,

Notice what your fingers are touching.

Notice these sensations of touch as if for the first time with wonder and openness.

And now notice what's in your field of vision,

The colors,

The shapes,

The words or messages.

Notice all of these sights as part of the miraculous backdrop of your present moment.

If there is a person in your line of vision,

Try smiling at them while thinking the words in your heart,

May you be well,

May you be happy.

And wish this now for everyone on the planet,

All beings.

May we all be well,

May we all be happy.

Now breathe yourself back into the present moment with two more slow inhales and exhales.

Enjoying your day with a sense of fullness and openness.

Take ating the moment夠ing to get the formal
