My name is Chris and today I will take you on an imaginary journey that will reconnect you with your inner sense of knowing,
Your trust in life,
And the path you're on.
If you can't imagine everything that's perfectly okay,
Because your mind and body know what you need and will enable exactly what is necessary for you in this moment to help you grow and expand at your very own pace.
So simply trust that everything unfolds for you exactly as it is meant to and choose to relax into this.
I invite you to settle into your seat or if you're lying down into your mattress.
Feel the contact of your body with the surface.
Feel how you're being carried and supported.
How gravity is holding you in a loving embrace.
Choose to be here now.
If it feels right,
Close your eyes.
To help your body and mind arrive in the present moment,
I invite you to take three deep breaths in through your nose,
Guide them into your belly and your chest,
And slowly release through your mouth,
Letting go of anything and everything that does not support you right now.
And again in through your nose,
And release through your mouth.
And the last time,
Breathe in through your nose,
And slowly release through your mouth.
I welcome you to the present moment.
You find yourself in the forest where the wind sweeps gently through the trees,
Caressing the leaves of the treetops.
Accompanied by a concert of birds,
Greeting the day with the most beautiful collaboration of sounds,
In perfect natural harmony.
Notice the ease and the sheer joy in this natural spectacle.
Imagine you're not your human self,
But instead you came into this world as an acorn.
Notice the hard protective shell around you,
That you were given to keep you safe until it is your time to grow.
Feel the rich nourishing soil around you,
Like a soft dark blanket.
Mother Earth supports you and provides you with everything that you need.
Feel into this being taken care of,
Being protected,
Being provided for,
Without having to give anything in return.
Let your heart send love and gratitude to Mother Earth,
For providing for you as she does,
For taking care of you,
For showing her love for you in such a beautiful,
All-encompassing way.
I will give you a moment to let your heart speak to Mother Earth,
To communicate with her.
Maybe you will also hear her respond.
Have no expectations,
Simply speak and listen with an open heart.
I will watch the time for you.
Let your heart speak to Mother Earth,
For providing for you as she does,
For providing for you in such a beautiful,
All-encompassing way.
I will listen to your voice,
Beautiful.
You feel that it is time to crackle but your shell.
It is finally time to grow.
You follow this knowing and start to grow.
Your roots crack open your shell and dig themselves into the rich,
Soft soil of the forest,
Connecting even more intimately to Mother Earth,
Soaking up her nourishing energy.
Then it is time for the first shoot to break through your shell and through the surface of the Earth.
The sunlight filtered through the leaves of the tall trees around you,
Reaches down and kisses that first soft,
Light green leaf of yours,
A warm hello.
It welcomes you into the world.
You have activated your inner potential.
You have started living and growing in the full trust that this is your path.
Feel into this experience.
Where do you physically feel this knowing?
Is it in your heart?
Your throat?
Your solar plexus?
Where do you physically feel this trust in your path?
And to be welcomed on it.
Wherever you feel it,
Invited to spread through your whole being.
Let it vibrate through every layer.
Let it arrive on the doorstep of every cell in your being.
Just like a present from the universe.
Observe how it grows and expands.
How it radiates out beyond your being.
How it touches the lives of those around you.
Like a candle lighting another candle.
You continue to grow and you sense the trees surrounding you.
They are tall,
Their stems are wide,
Their trunks full of branches.
You sense this with awe and know that one day you will be like them but in your very own expression.
Instead of comparing yourself to the trees around you,
You simply admire and celebrate them in their beauty and strength.
And you feel the joy about your own path.
The curiosity of not knowing what is to come.
And simply trusting that all will be good.
Better than you could have imagined it yourself.
You feel excitement about the things that lie ahead.
You know deep within yourself that you are always protected and supported on this journey.
You know that you are loved and that you are an expression of love.
You know that you are whole and complete and enough exactly as you are.
You are worthy.
You know that there is a plan and even though you don't know the full extent of this plan,
You fully trust this blueprint of your being.
I invite you to put your hands on your heart to anchor this feeling into your heart space.
Because this is your default beautiful soul.
This is your true core.
It's your essence.
This is what you can always return to now by simply consciously touching and connecting to your heart space with your hands like this.
Just like the acorn has its blueprint.
So does your soul.
And you can trust that anything that happens in your life happens for you,
Not to you.
Just like the great Sufi poet Rumi said,
Live life as if everything is rigged in your favor.
And it is.
Even though it sometimes may not seem like that.
When you surrender your control and instead choose to trust your soul's path,
Just like the acorn.
The most magical things will appear in your life.
Because by relinquishing control,
You give permission to higher powers to create true magic in your life.
And in the lives of those around you.
To the highest joy and good of all concerned.
Notice the beat of your heart beneath your hands now and let it lovingly guide you back into the here and now.
Back into your physical body.
I invite you to take a deep and livening breath in.
Feel your belly rise,
Your chest rise.
And now a long exhale.
Feel the rush of oxygen waking up every cell in your body to this beautiful new day ahead.
Start moving your hands and feet and feel the thrill and the joy about what lies ahead,
Tingling through your whole body.
You are protected,
Guided and love beautiful soul.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Stretch your arms above your head,
Stretch your whole body and smile.
My heart sends your heart the energy of infinite love and gratitude.
Because the light in me sees the light in you and how it will start to shine brighter and brighter,
Lighting up your days with joy and ease.
Radiating out and lighting up the lives of others as well.
