Step one.
Think about one specific behavior,
Attitude,
Or outcome you want to happen for yourself today.
Be specific about it and why you want it to happen.
Deciding an outcome with a purpose is an intention.
If it suits you,
Make a note of it or share it with someone else.
Step two.
Who will experience this intention today?
Think about when,
Where,
And how you or others will experience this intention as you meet it.
If it suits you,
Make a note of it or share it with someone else.
Step three.
What might be obstacles to your meeting your intention today?
How will you overcome them?
Step four.
How will you know you met your intention today?
Will you remind yourself?
Will you be brave enough to ask someone how well you met it?
Keep your intention with you today.
If you meet it or each time you do,
Smile and congratulate yourself.
If the day ends and you did not meet it,
Forgive yourself and said it again tomorrow,
First thing in the morning.
