Welcome to this meditation.
Begin by settling into a restful position that allows you to comfortably place both hands on your abdomen,
Slightly below the belly button.
Take a few moments now to make any adjustments and to get any fidgeting out of the way.
Now,
Begin to draw attention to your breath,
Allowing soft breaths in and soft breaths out,
Not doing anything to manipulate the breath,
But setting it free.
Allowing the breath to fall into its own pattern,
Allowing it to make its own way in and out of the body.
Observe the breath on its journey.
Allow the breath,
The prana,
To carry this life force energy to that area beneath where your hands have been resting.
This area is your sacral chakra,
The svadhisthana chakra.
This chakra is associated with sexuality and relationships,
Pleasure,
Creativity,
And empathy.
In this meditation,
You will be directing your prana to this chakra to encourage balance,
Healing,
And growth in these areas of your life.
With your hands,
Feel and experience the rise and fall of your belly,
The sensations that come and go with each breath,
And the direction of your prana to your sacral chakra.
Be open to feeling this energy.
Allow yourself to be welcoming to any healing and growth.
Let go of your expectations and allow the freedom in,
The freedom that comes from releasing what does not serve you and accepting help,
Hope,
And love.
Cultivate that feeling of balance within the sacral chakra.
Smooth breaths in,
Refreshing release of breaths out.
Harness the power of your thoughts and the power of prana to bring balance to the body.
Cleansing breath washes over the body.
Notice all the sensations without judgment.
Observe any sensations within the area of the sacral chakra.
Feel relaxation fill the belly.
Notice any changes of energy in the sacral chakra.
Allow creativity and empathy to fill the body.
Release any walls that may be holding you back from creating a sense of balance,
Of pleasure and joy.
Balance and revitalization generate from the sacral chakra and radiate out to all areas of the body.
