Welcome to this 10 minute guided blissful deep relaxation meditation.
Just finding a comfortable position you can do this lying or sitting on your couch or sitting cross-legged on the floor.
Just allowing the body to become soft.
Just taking a beautiful deep breath in here and out.
Just taking another beautiful deep breath in all the way down to the lungs.
And just now allowing it all go out of the body.
And as you're breathing just allowing things to be in the body.
Allowing the breath to melt any tension that you may be feeling.
Whether that's at the neck or shoulders in your lower back.
Just allowing these areas to relax.
Just taking a moment now to visualize or imagine that you're sitting by a waterfall.
Just noticing the sound of the waterfall.
And as you are sitting by this beautiful waterfall there's light beaming through and kissing your skin.
And just noticing that warm sunlight melt down over your forehead,
Your scalp and as that warm sunlight just trickles down over your forehead.
Softening your brow.
Stimulating your eyelids even though your eyes are gently closed.
Just touching your temples,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw.
As the sunlight hits your lips.
Just noticing your face relax and melting any tension away.
And just letting it go.
Just noticing your face relax and melting any tension away.
The sunlight now touching your neck.
Down the back of your neck.
Just feeling that warmth kiss your skin and allowing any tension to melt away.
All the muscles here in your neck and shoulders loosening.
As that sunlight trickles over your shoulders.
And as sunlight touches down your arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists,
Your palms and your fingertips.
Just taking a moment now to feel the sensation of the sunlight touching your skin.
What sensations are there here in your hands as your hands are warming up?
Now the sunlight is kissing your upper back,
Guiding down your spine.
All the way down to your lower back.
And just noticing that your posture is strong here but your body is relaxed.
As the sunlight kisses now your chest.
Down towards your stomach.
Noticing this warm,
Spacious light filling up your body.
Just taking a moment now to be aware of your breath.
And how your breath is slowed down.
The sunlight touching your chest.
The breath is slowed down.
The sunlight touching now your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your glute muscles.
Allowing the body to let go of any tension it's holding.
Melting away this beautiful warm light.
The sunlight now is touching your upper thighs,
Your hamstrings,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your shins,
Your ankles.
And the sunlight is touching your feet,
The soles of your feet,
The tops of your feet and your toes.
Your whole body feels relaxed.
Your body feels warm.
Just allowing the light to gently move out of your body now.
And it fills up your room.
So visualising now you're sitting in a room of warm,
Bright light.
And now that warm light spreads out from your room.
And it spreads over your community.
Then this bright warm light spreads out across your town.
Across your state.
This warm,
Bright light spreading across your country.
Spreading across the planet.
This spacious warm light is becoming limitless as it spreads across the universe.
Just sitting here in this expansion.
A beautiful,
Bright,
Warm light.
Just allowing yourself in this lightness,
This sense of contentment,
Of peace.
Just sitting here in this space.
And all you are is your breath.
So just breathing in and breathing out.
As you breathe in and you breathe out,
My voice is becoming clearer.
Noticing your legs relaxed,
Your body relaxed,
Your posture is strong,
Your shoulders are relaxed.
There's a gentle smile on your lips.
Just gently and kindly opening up your eyes.
