This ASMR meditation combines my own whispering voice with atmospheric aquatic textures and soothing ambience, routed in bedding of binaural beats. You can listen to my voice and follow the simple guidance, or you can just let it all blur into the background and zone out. The first ten minutes is guided, with the remaining ten minutes left for you to enjoy the relaxing ASMR soundscape. A soft bell will ring at the end to let you know when it has finished. Enjoy

Welcome to this ASMR meditation.

Put some headphones on,

Listen to my voice and the sounds to enjoy a fully immersive and blissful experience.

For the remainder of this meditation,

Find yourself in a space where you are free to relax completely.

Chances are you have just been busy doing something else.

There may be thoughts floating through your head about any number of different things.

Some may be concerning,

Some reassuring.

Some you may wish were not there,

Others you may wish were there for a time.

Nevertheless,

They are all floating by and that's okay.

Simply listen and let it happen.

Or not happen.

This is no test or task.

This is you dying.

I wonder how you are breathing.

Heavy,

Light,

Hard,

Soft,

Quickly,

Slowly.

I wonder if you can feel the oxygen entering your bloodstream.

Through your lungs,

Through your heart,

Dispersing through your body.

Pulsing,

Tingling,

Nourishing.

And this is how your breathing is for now.

That's right.

I wonder what you hear the most.

Your internal dialogue.

Your own breathing.

The sound of my voice.

What can you hear for deep resonance?

The sparkling high parts.

Or the balanced mid-range.

I wonder where you hear these sounds.

Within.

Without.

On your lend.

Right.

In front of you.

Behind you.

I wonder what you see.

Recognizable.

Or not.

The shapes,

Colours and patterns.

In the space around you.

Or the ones on the insides of your eyelids.

I wonder how you are feeling.

Where in your body you feel it.

Head.

Body.

Chest.

Tummy.

Little finger.

Little toe.

Is it warm?

Heavy.

Light.

Moving.

Still.

And this is how you are feeling for now.

That's right.

And if it changes,

You can notice it changing.

And if it stays the same,

You can notice it all the same.

You can trust in this moment.

Letting go.

Allowing yourself to drift.

And float.

All contented.

And let go.

Excellent asmr sound for meditation. Hi Jonny, I heard the new version and itโ€™s very good. Itโ€™s smoother and more mellow. But I really am missing the other version! Canโ€™t you make that one available as well? Peace -GC
