I invite you to find a comfortable seat and close your eyes,
Placing your hands over your beautiful heart,
The place where your soul and body meet,
The place where you have access to the divine love and light that fills you and surrounds you always.
Because you,
Precious one,
Were created by the divine,
As a reflection of the divine,
To be a living manifestation of the divine here on earth.
And as you focus on this place under your hands,
Allow your breathing to slow down so that you can experience the divine CPR that's happening in this moment,
And this moment,
And this moment.
And as the Holy One breathes the Nishmat Chaim,
A breath of life,
Into your nostrils,
Your chest expands.
And as you integrate that breath of life into every fiber of your being,
Feel that soft and gentle pitter-patter of your beautiful heart against your hands,
As if a divine hand is gently pulsing that breath of life.
From the top of your head,
All the way down to the tips of your toes,
As if the Holy One is pumping that love of life from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Precious one.
As if a divine hand were pumping His love for you,
Precious one,
Into every fiber of your being,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
And see if you can expand your heart to receive that love,
To receive that love of life,
And to receive that breath of life,
So that every breath you take is an invitation to relax even more,
To deepen even more,
And to melt even more into a divine embrace.
Because,
Precious one,
In every moment,
The Holy One wishes to bestow upon you an Or Chadash,
A new light.
Are you open to receive it?
Can you choose right now to expand,
To receive this new light?
You can simply choose to feel your heart expanding in love and expanding in gratitude in this very moment,
As a new light comes down from the upper worlds,
And you can see it making its way down to you,
Precious one,
Right to the top of your head,
In the place of Keter,
Of the crown above your head,
Where all new light first makes its way into your being.
And feel that light appearing as a pure,
Divine glow of the pure,
Divine name,
Yud and He,
And Vav and He.
Alighting the crown above your head,
And bringing this Or Chadash ever closer into your being.
And when you are ready,
I invite you to open up your head just a bit more,
So you can feel that Or Chadash,
That new light,
Make its way down to the right side of your head.
Yes,
Right there,
In the place of Chochmah,
Of wisdom.
Because this light comes in as a source of pure,
Divine inspiration,
As a glistening Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He,
Illuminating the right side of your head.
And allow yourself to open to that light traveling to the left side of your head,
And bringing that Or Chadash,
That newness,
To the place of Binah,
Of understanding.
And see there a luminous Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He.
So that your crown and both sides of your head are now aglow.
And feel that light continuing to make its way down into your neck.
And feel in the center of your throat that Or Chadash,
That new light,
Manifesting itself as a radiant Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He,
Giving you the capacity for Daat,
For knowledge,
For the ability to express this Or Chadash,
This new light.
And open yourself up for that light to make its way down to your right arm,
And the right side of your heart,
The place of Chesed,
Of loving-kindness,
Illuminating your capacity to love and to give,
Just as the Divine is constantly loving and giving to you,
Precious one.
So experience in this place a sweet Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He.
And as you soak it in and breathe it in,
Feel that light making its way into the left side of your heart,
And into your left arm,
The place of Gevurah,
Of strength and safety.
And feel that Divine strength illuminating your own strength as a solid Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He,
Illuminates this place,
So that you can feel a glow of divinity from the top of your head down into your arms and chest.
But wait,
There's more,
Precious one.
Feel that Or Chadash make its way right into the center of your heart,
The place of Tiferet,
Of beauty and harmony.
And feel that light enhancing your capacity to balance giving and receiving,
Kindness and restraint,
As you see a radiant Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He,
Illuminating the center of your chest and shining forth to your entire torso,
So that you,
Precious one,
Remember that you are created in the image and by the love of the Divine.
Now I invite you to feel that Or Chadash,
That new light making its way down into your right hip,
The place of Netzach,
Of moving forward towards success and achievement.
And feel that Divine light illuminating your capacity to drive the evolution of consciousness and humanity forward with its own luminous Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He.
And with that beautiful energy alive in you,
I invite you to bring that Or Chadash into your left hip,
The place of Hod,
Of splendor,
Inviting you to be like the Divine,
Inviting you to receive and appreciate life as it is.
And feel that illumination coming into your left hip through a glorious Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He.
And now we come to the center point between your legs,
The place of Yesod,
The place of foundation,
Of connection between yourself and the Divine.
And feel that place of connection and relationships illuminated by a wondrous Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He.
Knowing that there is nothing you can do to sever that connection from the Divine,
Where the Holy One is constantly breathing life into you,
Breathing love into you,
And breathing a desire to move life forward through you.
Into you.
So now that you can experience the radiant Divine light from the top of your head down all the way into your hips and legs,
Feel that Or Chadash making its way down to the bottoms of your feet,
To the place of Malchut,
Of kingship.
This is the place where the ethereal Divine light manifests as pure physicality.
And you have the capacity to bring the spiritual into the physical.
It is for this reason that you were created,
Precious one,
To bring the highest lights into the lowest places.
So bring that Or Chadash into this very low and physical place by seeing the most luminous Yud,
He,
And Vav,
He that you have ever seen.
And see it alive at your feet and experience its light radiating and illuminating and pulsing through every fiber of your being from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Knowing that you are a channel of Or Chadash,
Of new light,
Of new love,
Of new wisdom and understanding and kindness and safety and beauty and action and appreciation and relationship and creation.
It is for this that you were created,
Precious one,
To be a walking manifestation of Divine light and knowing that this love and this light is in you always and knowing that you can plug into it always,
Precious one,
And remember it always,
Precious one.
I invite you to slowly come back into your body by wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes and slowly batting your eyes open,
Ready to bless the world with your gaze and to bless the world with an Or Chadash.
