I invite you to find a comfortable seat and close your eyes,

Inviting all of your awareness to go inwards to that most beautiful place in your being,

By placing your hands over your heart and placing your mind's eye in that space under your hands,

The place where heaven and earth meet,

The place where your body and soul kiss,

And as you feel the rise and fall of your chest with every breath you take,

Allow yourself to settle even more deeply into the music,

Into the sound of my voice,

And into the pumping of your beautiful heart,

Your heart that is beating every moment of every day,

A rhythm that whispers to you,

I believe in you,

I love you,

I continue to beat life into you,

To breathe life into you,

And to love life into you,

Because precious one,

The world is not meant to exist without you,

And because precious one,

The world is meant to be blessed by you,

By your love and by your light,

Your unique love and your unique light,

And as you deepen into the presence of your heart,

You can choose to expand its capacity for love,

By adding more light to this place,

And you can choose to increase your capacity to bless life,

By adding more light to this place,

It's as if you could turn a dial and increase the light and the love and the blessing alive in your heart right now,

Yes,

Adding more light and more love and more blessing right in the center of your chest,

And as you do so,

I invite you to stretch your awareness,

To include your entire body,

Adding more love to every fiber of your being,

Seeing more light in every fiber of your being,

And experiencing the blessing glistening out of every fiber of your being,

And as you see the light filling your entire body,

Allow yourself to experience how that ever-increasing light begins to burst out of every pore of your skin,

Reaching from your heart outwards,

Into the field beyond you,

As far as your arms can reach,

Precious one,

Turning up the volume on that light,

On that love,

And on that capacity for blessing,

So that the light around your body shines even brighter,

And I invite you now to stretch your awareness to the edges of the room in which you sit,

And feel the light in your heart expanding outwards,

All the way to the edges of that room,

As you expand your awareness to hold the entirety of the room,

Filling it with your light,

And your love,

And your blessing,

So that in your mind's eye,

You can experience the entire room filled with a great light,

And turn up the volume even more,

So that that light shines even brighter,

Shining out of the smile on your face,

Shining out of the beacon that is your heart,

And shining out of every pore of your skin,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

And yet your awareness can stretch out even further,

Well beyond the limitations of the room in which you sit,

To include your entire village or city,

Allow your awareness to hold all of that,

And invite the beacon that is your heart to shine its light,

To shine its love,

And to shine its blessings onto this entire place,

And turn up the volume,

Precious one,

So that every human and creature and plant can feel kissed by that light that's bursting out of your heart,

And out of your skin,

And out of your room,

And I invite you to reach out even further,

And to hold the entire planet in your awareness,

Because you,

Precious one,

Were meant to be a source of light for the whole world,

As if you have the whole world in your heart,

And invite that beacon that is your heart to shine its light,

To shine its love,

And to shine its blessings onto the entire planet,

Yes,

Yes,

And now,

Precious one,

That you have,

As it were,

The whole world within arm's reach,

I invite you to hold out your hands,

I invite you to hold out your hands,

And experience yourself holding our whole world in your hands,

The way you would hold a newborn baby in your hands,

With love and adoration,

Just like the Holy One holds you and holds your life in His hands,

Precious one,

Precious one,

And experience the love in your heart,

And the light in your heart,

Bursting out of your chest and through your arms,

And out of your hands to kiss this precious world of ours,

This planet that is made of the inanimate,

Of the inanimate,

The rocks and sand,

The dirt and the seas,

Bless them to turn their eyes to the Holy One,

Bless them to be a source of light and light and blessing for all who live here,

And allow your awareness now to hold the plants,

The grasses and trees,

The ferns and bushes,

The abundance of produce growing out of this earth,

And bless all of these plants that they should turn their eyes to the Holy One,

That they should be a source of life of love and of blessing for all who live here,

And now turn your awareness to the fungi,

Not plants,

Not animal,

But these life forms that exist in between and nourish everything,

Bless the mycelium and the algae and the lichen and the mushrooms,

And allow your awareness now to hold these plants that they should turn their eyes to the Holy One,

That they should be a source of life,

A source of love,

A blessing for all who live here,

And I invite you now to turn your attention to all of the animals of this planet,

The bugs,

The sea life,

The birds,

The land creatures,

And bless them that they should turn their eyes to the Holy One,

That they should be a source of life,

Of light,

Of love,

And of blessing for all who live here,

And now I invite you to turn your attention to the humans on this planet,

Those who seem familiar to you,

And those who seem foreign,

Those you understand,

And those who cause you pain,

And choose in this moment to hold them all in your awareness,

The way you hold a newborn babe,

With love and with adoration,

Just like the Holy One holds you,

Precious one.

And bless them with the light in your heart,

And with the love in your heart,

And with the blessings of your heart,

That they should be a source of light,

A source of love,

And a source of blessing for all who live here,

And allow yourself to experience the light of your heart bursting out of the palms of your hands,

Bursting out of the palms of your hands,

And shining on to this little planet on which we live.

Bless all of it,

The earth and water and sky,

The plants and fungi,

The animals and humans,

And even the angels who call this place home.

Bless them all with your light,

And with the love of your heart.

Bless them all with your love,

And bless them all with the capacity to be abundant with blessing.

And now,

Precious one,

I invite you to bring those hands of yours,

Those hands buzzing with light,

Back to your beautiful heart,

And bring that blessing back upon yourself.

Bless yourself with your light,

And with the light of your heart.

And with the light of the Holy One.

Bless yourself with your love,

And with the love of the Holy One.

And bless yourself with your blessings,

And with the blessings of the Holy One.

And knowing that this light,

This love,

And these blessings are accessible to you always,

I invite you to come back into conscious awareness by wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes,

And slowly batting your eyes open,

Ready to bless the world with the light of the Holy One.

And with the light,

And the love,

And the blessings that are alive in you always.
