Find yourself a comfortable place to sit.
And place your hands upon your lap with your palms face upwards.
And gently close your eyes.
Relaxing the whole body from head to toe.
And just completely letting go of any worries or concerns about the day ahead.
And just trusting that everything is always working out for you.
Take a deep breath in through the nose into the lower abdominal.
And then breathing out through the nose.
Completely letting go.
Relaxing the whole body.
Breathing again through the nose.
Deep into the stomach.
And then breathing out through the nose.
Releasing any tension that you may be holding.
Breathing again through the nose.
Breathing in the positive universal energy that is all around us.
Breathing that in,
Nourishing the whole body.
Nourishing all your organs and every cell in the body.
Breathing out through the nose.
Just letting go,
Letting go.
Feel yourself fully in the present moment.
Just allowing your thoughts to just simply pass you by.
Being connected to the divine energy that is all around.
Just letting go of any unwanted thoughts.
And feeling inner peace and calm.
Your entire being.
And just trusting that today and every day everything is always working out for you.
Today you will feel positivity.
Today you will feel full of optimism.
Today you will feel motivated.
Today you will feel focused.
Today you will feel calm.
No matter how things go you will always remain relaxed.
