The mind thinks it knows what this is. But it does not. When we remember the mystery of this, we purify the mind of what it thinks it already knows. So let's remember the mystery and purify the mind, together, for just a moment.

Well, I don't know what I'm going to say here or what we're going to do. So let's see what happens. Can begin just by settling in. Anything that might allow you to just be here a little bit more deeply. And if it feels right, You can allow your eyes to close. Maybe taking a few deep breaths and continuing to make any adjustments in the body. Maybe the shoulders drop a little bit. The eyes soften. Just letting the body do whatever it might like to do. And seeing if you might release any attachment to anything that is not simply here. And maybe open yourself to the mystery. The mystery of existence. This does not make sense. It just is. Feeling the mystery. Just this. Now if your eyes were closed, You can just wait until whenever they might like to reopen. Thank you for exploring here with me, And maybe I'll see you again sometime.
