"Thank You" Short Gratitude Practice
This is the practice I do each morning before and after meditation. It is incredibly simple but also can be a bit challenging. I'll explain and guide you briefly through the practice and then encourage you to sit with it on your own or integrate it into your daily life in a way that feels genuine. The genuineness is key.
