You can allow your eyes to be closed,
And you can allow your breath to breathe.
And just notice any tension that might be here in the body.
And here on the inhale,
We will actually tense everything we can.
We will intensify the tension.
Sometimes when we tense first,
It can allow for a deeper release on the exhale.
So on the next inhale,
Let's tighten everything up,
All the muscles of the body,
Everything you can tense,
Your face,
Your jaw,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your stomach.
And then on the exhale,
Let it all go.
And let's just take a few cycles like this,
Breathing in,
Tightening everything you can,
As hard as you can.
And then breathing out and letting it all go.
You can do this on your own for a little while.
Breathing in and tightening,
Inviting the tension to intensify.
And then breathing out and releasing,
Back and forth.
And now we can just let the body be however it wants to be for a little while.
And along with that,
If your eyes were closed,
You can gradually allow them to reopen on their own time,
Whenever they want to.
And maybe I'll see you next time.
