To let go of anything you're doing And shift into just being here You could become aware of breathing Notice if you're holding on to the breath or restricting it in any way or trying to control it And then just allow it to release on the exhale To totally release,
Let it go completely And just wait for it to come back in as it does Like ocean water that's moving into the ocean and then coming back And you're just a part of it,
Flowing back and forth,
Happening through you Become aware of the sensations of your whole body Anything that's tight or holding on could allow it to release However the body knows how Release,
Open,
Let go,
Stop doing anything And let it,
Whatever it is,
Just happen through you naturally Nothing you need to do about it Eyes closed,
Body at rest And at the same time,
Wide awake Wide awake,
More awake than you've ever been Become aware of the area of the eyes Notice if there's any tightness,
Any tension,
Any flexing,
Any squinting And see if you can let the eyes totally release There's nothing the eyes need to do right now Feel into the eyes,
In front of the eyes,
Behind the eyes All of the muscles of the eyes And let them release Let this releasing,
Opening energy move throughout the rest of your body Opening,
Releasing,
Letting go And at the same time still wide awake There's nothing you need to do about this Just let it happen,
Just feel it Notice wherever your mind may have gone Somewhere that maybe feels like it's not just right here And see how you can become aware of that movement of the mind The space from which you become aware is just here,
It's always just here So return to that space from which you become aware of everything That deep center of you that's always just here Just come back here,
Doing nothing Eyes closed,
Body at rest And still wide awake,
Completely awake If you will,
Just let yourself sit in stillness Or maybe move,
Whatever feels natural If the body wants to sway,
You can let it sway Or you can remain completely still in silence for one more minute And if your eyes were closed,
You can allow them to open Wide awake
