There's a sleeping Buddha in the pit of your stomach.
Who wants to wake up.
You could consider two worlds in which we live.
The dream world?
And the waking world.
The dream is the world of the ego,
The separate self,
The story of me and my life,
Of what I'm not already,
Of what I need to become,
Of what I need to attain,
That I don't already have.
And then there is.
.
.
The Awakened World.
So here,
Let's take some time and see if the Buddha wakes up.
Maybe taking a few deep breaths.
Allowing the body to relax and a little bit more And a little bit more feeling your center of gravity.
Dropping down.
From the head.
Into the heart.
Breathing in.
.
.
And out.
Feeling your sense of self dropping down from the head.
Into the heart.
And maybe down into the horror.
Lower belly area.
Feeling this as the root Buddha mind.
Down from the head.
Dropping beneath stories desires.
Anxieties.
All based in thought.
Down below the surface.
Dropping deeper and connecting with the roots.
Of Buddha mind.
The awakened universal nature.
That permeates everything,
Everywhere.
Throughout the universe.
Buddha mind waking up.
Into this unique expression.
Which is you.
