Transcript

For today's brief check-in,

I invite you to find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit where you will be undisturbed as you listen to my voice.

You may wish to close your eyes,

Hold a soft gaze or choose something to focus on in front of you.

I invite you now to move ever so slightly and gently from side to side,

Front to back,

Yielding and extending,

To facilitate your connection with above and below,

Your full,

Easy breathing and your opening heart.

Scan your body for any unnecessary muscular tension,

Especially areas where you know your parts hold this tension,

And see if there's a slight movement you can make so you can begin to release this tension.

Take a few moments to simply observe what is happening inside,

And when you feel ready,

Bring yourself gently back into the room.
