I invite you to find a quiet,
Comfortable place to sit where you will be undisturbed as you listen to my voice.
You may wish to close your eyes,
Hold a soft gaze or choose something to focus on in front of you.
Take a couple of breaths,
Noting the pace,
Rhythm and any restrictions throughout your torso.
Breathe into the restrictions and breathe out a long,
Full exhale.
Breathe the spaciousness from around you into places in your body that feel constricted.
Take one more breath into your heart and bring into awareness the line of vertical energy,
Making all the resources from the infinite field of self-energy,
Below and above,
Available to you.
Take a few moments to simply observe what is happening inside and when you feel ready,
Bring yourself gently back into the room.
