This is a meditation with the bowls for a good night's sleep. Close your eyes. Slow your breathing down and listen. While listening, mentalize they are reverberating with your heart. Bring your awareness to the center of your chest and feel your movement as you breathe. Remember to wear earphones to have a complete experience.
