This meditation is best done laying flat on your back.
If this is available to you,
You're welcome to do this on your floor,
In your bed,
Outside,
In your grass,
Wherever you're most comfortable.
You can even lay on your belly.
However,
If laying down is not available to you,
Feel free to sit up or stand.
And when you're ready,
Please close your eyes.
And just take a few moments to focus on the breath.
Inviting the mind to quiet.
Releasing any thoughts of the to-do list or any events of the past or the future.
And give yourself the permission that you need to be here in this present moment.
Please bring the awareness to the crown of your head.
This is at the very top of the head.
You may begin to notice a beautiful violet ball of light hovering just above it.
Above the third eye,
The space in between your eyebrows,
The color is a dark indigo blue.
Above your throat chakra,
The center of your neck,
The color is light blue.
Above your heart space in the center of your chest,
The color is green.
Above your solar plexus,
This is in between the ribs and the belly button,
Right there in the center of your belly.
The color is yellow.
Below the belly button,
The sacral chakra,
The color is orange.
And the base of your spine,
Your root chakra,
Is red.
There is also a white light hovering just above your feet.
And on your next exhale,
I invite you to see each chakra lit up at once.
See each individual ball of light glowing brightly,
All rotating in a clockwise motion.
Feel your energy moving freely throughout your body.
Take the awareness down to that white light hovering just above your feet.
And on your next inhale,
Inhale that white light up the right side body to the top of the head.
Exhale down the left side body.
Inhale up the right.
Exhale down the left.
Inhale up the right.
And exhale down the left.
Now inhale that light from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head.
And exhale it down the back body.
Inhale up the front body.
Exhale down the back body.
Inhale up the front.
And exhale down the back.
Inhale from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head.
Exhale down to the toes.
Inhale to the crown of your head.
Exhale down to your toes.
And the final one,
Inhale to the crown of your head.
And exhale down to your toes.
Bringing all this awareness back into the body.
Bringing in an energized feeling,
Cleared and balanced.
