Loving-kindness is a wonderful way for you to open your heart to all of those around you and to the entire world. Loving-kindness is an ancient practice known for its wisdom. In this practice, you start by following the breath inward, to a space free from worries and anxieties.

This meditation will best be completed sitting and you can sit on the floor,

On a prop or even in a chair with your feet flat on the ground and your back tall or standing with your feet firmly rooted into the earth below you.

Taking your time to get yourself comfortable and when you're ready please close your eyes.

Following the breath inward.

There is no to do list.

There are no troubles,

No fears,

No anxieties.

Just you and your breath here in this present moment.

Feel your breath go in,

Going in through the nostrils,

Noticing the coolness and the smell.

Follow that breath down through the throat and into the belly,

Allowing that belly to expand,

Breathing deep into the diaphragm.

And on your exhale allow the lips to part and begin to slowly press out all of the oxygen out through the mouth,

Pulling the belly button in towards the spine so that all of the old oxygen has been completely released from your body.

Your next inhale through the nose will naturally be deep,

Filling up with fresh oxygen,

Sending that fresh oxygen to every cell in the body,

Lighting up each and every cell.

And exhale,

Opening the mouth and completely releasing.

And doing that one more time,

Deep inhale,

Filling up with the fresh,

With the new,

With the light and the love.

And open the mouth and exhale,

Release.

Now begin to imagine yourself in your most favorite place in nature.

Take in all of the views around you.

Notice what you see,

What you hear,

What you smell,

What you feel.

And begin to notice your most favorite person in the entire world standing in front of you.

Imagine the two of you in this beautiful bubble of healing and loving energy.

And on your inhale I invite you to breathe in love.

And on your exhale breathe out kindness.

Breathing in love and breathing out kindness.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out kindness.

And now imagining somebody that you have difficulties with,

Yet somebody who is in your life and most likely your greatest teacher in this life.

This could be a family member,

A friend,

A coworker,

Somebody you have a hard time seeing eye to eye with.

And imagine this person in your bubble,

No judgment,

Only love and light.

And again breathe in love and breathe out kindness.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out kindness.

Breathe in love.

And breathe out kindness.

And now begin to see the entire world in your bubble.

Every person,

Every animal,

Every plant,

Every single soul in front of you in your bubble.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out kindness.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out kindness.

Breathe in love.

And breathe out kindness.

Staying here for as long as you desire.

Inhaling love.

Exhaling kindness.
