Welcome to your gratitude healing meditation.
My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
Get comfortable,
Close your eyes,
Back straight.
We'll be breathing in through our nose and out through our mouth.
We'll breathe into our belly.
Gratitude is the center for all healing.
When we open our heart center,
We heal with an increased sense of well-being.
We're able to focus on the present moment,
Clear the mind,
And we feel better.
So just take a few grounding breaths and we'll say some gratefuls together.
We're going to do a few variations of prayer pose,
Hands together high.
I'm so grateful to be here,
Grateful to be me,
Grateful to have woken up this morning,
Grateful for my breath,
Grateful for this day,
Grateful for the sun to rise,
To set,
Grateful for the world.
Back to center,
Just breathe.
Inhale feelings of love and compassion,
Exhale negativity and stress.
I'm going to do prayer hands at the heart center.
I'm so grateful for my body,
Grateful for every cell,
Every bone,
And every organ that keeps me alive.
I'm grateful for my strength,
Grateful for my healing every day.
I'm grateful for my mind,
Grateful for my brain.
To center,
Just breathe,
To healing your heart's well.
We're going to do a low prayer pose.
I'm so grateful for my family,
For love of myself and others,
Grateful for my friends and everyone I've crossed paths with on my journey.
I'm grateful for nature and all that it does for us.
I'm grateful for the abundance that comes into my life daily.
I'm grateful for new opportunities.
Back to center and just breathe.
I'm going to put hands to center and really focus our intention on our heart.
I am thankful for grace and patience.
I am grateful for feelings and emotions.
I am grateful for laughter and joy.
I am grateful for all the challenges that have taught me lessons.
I am grateful for all the ways I've improved.
I'm so grateful for where I am today.
Just breathe.
Find some personal gratitude to send to yourself and others.
And bring this into your day for more healing.
Come back to gratitude anytime.
Thanks for breathing with me.
Be well.
