20 minutes silence, with spoken intro and outro. For those who’ve learned Śabda Meditation and would like to be guided in and out of their practice. Begins with 90-seconds of settling-in, followed by 20 minutes of silence. Closes with 2 minutes of a simple breath practice, which you may follow as you re-integrate into the body and waking state, or you may simply rest. Ends with a soft, gentle bell at 24 minutes.

Please get comfortable and allow the spine to be as relaxed as it can be.

Soften the jaw,

Softly smile with the eyes and invite a deep nourishing breath here.

Allow that feeling of complete nourishment to wash through the body.

Letting the breath return to its natural rhythm,

Allow it to gently guide and welcome you to the safe sanctuary of this meditation.

Having settled in,

Body completely relaxed and at ease,

Allow the mind to drift effortlessly towards a simple sound and phrase of your mantra.

No need to mind the time,

I'll mind it for you and I'll let you know when to come out.

You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you keeping the eyes closed allow the mantra to completely fade away and rest here in your simplest form of awareness you may join me in a simple breath practice as we close or rest easily with the eyes closed breathing in through the nose take a nice long deep breath in breathing into the base of the spine as you exhale trace a line up the spine from the base through the middle of the back between the shoulders nape of the neck all the way up through the crown of the head breathing out of the crown of that at your pace breathing in through the base of the spine you exhale trace and line up the spine breathing out of the crown of the head one more time like that into the base of the spine drawing a line of the back through the middle of the back between the shoulders as you exhale nape of the neck and all the way out of the crown of that let the breath come back to its natural rhythm let the awareness establish itself back in the body again and whenever you're ready open the eyes and join the space again thank you for meditating with me

LOVED your meditation, thanks you. I didn’t know what the Sabda mantra was so I used my own. The true, absolute silence with minimal guidance made it possible to truly “drop in”. So thank you. Wonderful! 🙏🏼
