For those who’ve learned Śabda Meditation and would like to be guided in and out of their practice, with breathwork transitions. Begins with a 5 min intro for breathwork, followed by 20 minutes of silence, and a 2 min outro to integrate into waking state. No ending bell is used.

Please get comfortable and allow the spine to be completely relaxed and at ease.

Having settled in,

You may begin the first breath technique.

I'll let you know when to transition into the next.

Continue with this technique for a few minutes.

Long exhalation at the left nostril.

Rest the hands easily and allow the breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Easily and effortlessly allow the mantra to drift into the awareness.

We'll be here for 20 minutes.
