In this short but powerful guided meditation, you will learn the RAIN method for mindful healing. First, we recognize what is causing tension in us. Then we allow the experience to be there, just as it is, saying yes to it to release the ongoing pain. Next, we investigate with kindness and bring about healing by feeling whatever we are feeling. This leads us to a sense of natural awareness, which opens space for us to take our next steps into greater freedom.
