Our first movement exercise is a tension releasing practice.
Let's begin with a few stretches that you feel called to do.
If your neck or back is tight,
Do a gentle stretch or movement that it enjoys.
This is an important first step of the practice because it gives you an opportunity to listen to what your body is asking for.
Your body is your energy,
Which is your higher self.
Any movement you're called to do is for your highest good.
Take a minute to move in ways that your higher self is calling you to,
To release tension now.
Imagine that you have a contract that you want as long as you'll be pp.
Wonderful.
Now we will move into the energetic shakeup.
This practice is intended to help you release heaviness,
Stagnant energy,
And negativity.
Standing up,
I'd like for you to lift your heels off the floor.
Set your leaning forward onto your tippy toes.
Then drop your heels to the floor.
Do this a few times to wake up the channels of energy in your feet.
Now shimmy your shoulders and chest,
Shaking them back and forth.
Let your knees shake forward and back.
Let your whole body start shaking.
This motion is powerful for shaking out unsupportive energies.
Let all parts of you shake in a way that feels good.
Now pause.
Let your body come to a space of stillness.
Arms hanging by your side,
Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.
Notice how you feel.
Now let's sweep your auric field,
Clearing everything that just came up in the releasing energetic shakeup exercise.
Let your hands make a spoon or cupping shape and scoop the air in front of you,
Pushing it down to the earth.
Go slowly around your whole body.
This helps clear your field and return heavy or negative energy back into the earth to be renewed.
Do this now.
Let's go deeper into a state of release and see what else is ready to move through you.
Your mind or intuition can bring up a belief,
A memory,
Or something you're ready to release.
Let the music be your catalyst for releasing these unsupportive energies.

Through your organs,
And through your limbs.
Let your body be moved by it.
