Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Our intention is to connect with the past life that holds wisdom and guidance relevant to your life now.

Remember to approach this with an open heart and mind,

Trusting whatever emerges.

The past life may express itself symbolically or literally.

Choose a comfortable position,

Sitting or laying down.

Close your eyes gently.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and hold it for a moment.

And then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Repeat this breath three times,

Allowing your body to relax more with each exhale.

Imagine a soft,

Gentle blue light surrounding you,

Creating a cocoon of peace and tranquility.

With each inhale,

Breathe in this calming blue light,

And with each exhale,

Release any tension or stress from your body.

Feel your muscles softening and your mind becoming quieter.

Now,

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,

Extending deep into the earth,

Grounding you and providing a sense of stability.

Feel the earth's energy flowing up through these roots,

Nourishing and supporting you.

Now,

Visualize a beautiful waterfall cascading down in front of you.

Imagine stepping into this waterfall,

Allowing the water to cleanse and purify your energy field,

Washing away any negativity or stagnant energy.

Feel refreshed and renewed.

Finally,

See a radiant white light emanating from the crown of your head,

Filling your entire being with love,

Light and peace.

This light begins to expand outwards,

Surrounding you completely,

Creating a protective and loving energy field.

Continue to breathe deeply and slowly,

Feeling safe,

Relaxed and open to the experiences that await you.

Wonderful.

In this state of deep relaxation,

Set the intention in your mind to connect with a past life that has a meaningful message for you in your current life.

Gently allow images,

Feelings or impressions to surface.

You may see a scene,

Hear a voice,

Or simply feel an inner knowing.

There's no right or wrong way for this to happen.

Trust whatever unfolds.

Pay attention to any symbols or literal messages that come through.

Allow yourself to be guided,

And feel free to ask your intuition questions or for clarity as things come up.

To begin,

State this intention after me now.

Transform the words to fit your authentic voice,

If that feels right.

For my highest good,

I ask my past life to make itself known to me now.

One that is beneficial for my soul growth and expansion.

I do this in the field of love and trust.

Past life,

Make yourself known to me now.

You may begin this process of connecting with your past life now.

Beautiful.

Who has come through for you?

Get a sense of their story,

Of the life that they have lived.

Simply witness and observe without judgment.

Beautiful.

Now,

Let's receive the wisdom from this past life.

They may share with you a story,

Or transfer a teaching in their own unique way.

Surrender and receive,

And ask them for clarity if you need it.

Do this now.

Amazing.

Thank the past life for making themselves known to you,

And sharing this wisdom to support you in your life now.

Wonderful.

Gently bring your awareness back to your body,

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

Take a few deeper breaths,

Letting your body become more heavy and grounded.

And slowly open your eyes when you feel ready.

In your journal,

Describe the past life you encountered.

What were they doing?

What message did they have for you?

Note down any feelings or insights that you gained from this experience.

Create a lovely rest of your day and evening.

It always brings me to past life scenario. I was able to get more clarity since it brought me back to the same one several times. I will mention that after I am within the past life I needed to stop the recording in order to complete the experience. Never enough time but it did its job!
