In this guided law of attraction practice, we will move into a space of hope and optimism to help you create your dream day. We release doubt and worry, and move into the wonderful trusting space of "what if... today was the best day?". Not only visualizing your dream day but feeling your dream day. You can use this each day to start your day, or use this practice for a future day you want to infuse some magical manifestation into.

Let's manifest your perfect day.

Today is a new day,

A day unlike any that have come before it.

Today is your day.

Let's manifest and attract your dream day.

Close your eyes and find your center.

Let your spine create a little bit of space in between each vertebra,

Extending your crown towards the sky and your root towards the earth.

Take three deep breaths to fully arrive in your body in this moment now.

Gently push aside all fears and doubts about this day,

And move into a space of hope and optimism.

As what you think is what you attract,

Let's use the power of your mind to attract a wonderful day for you.

Use a sweeping motion with your hands around your head,

Or you can picture a small tiny broom sweeping around your mind,

Clearing any heavy or unsupportive thoughts and releasing them out to the universe.

Let's move into the power of what if.

What if today conspired to work for me?

What if I experienced all that I desire today?

What do I want to feel today?

What do I want to experience today?

Take some time now to dream your day into creation using your imagination as you dream your perfect day into existence now.

Wonderful.

Let's take a moment to receive the positive feelings that you saw or sensed yourself feeling while dreaming up your perfect day.

You can feel anything at any time.

You do not need an experience to happen to give you permission to feel good.

Allow yourself to access your dream feelings from within,

Not needing to rely on the outside world.

Feel your desired good feelings and let them rise throughout your whole being.

Wonderful.

Thank you for taking the time to dream your day into being.

Take a moment to ground yourself now by using your voice and affirming your day into being.

Use your words to give power to your dreams.

State them out loud with confidence and conviction.

Today is going to be a good day.

I'll let you do this now.

Let your body become aware of the sensations that you feel on your skin.

Let your eyes gently and softly open as you are awakening to this beautiful new day.
