You can heal. You are not forcing a miracle to happen. You are empowering what is within you already: Health and wholeness. You must see your health and wholeness first before knowing it is a possibility for you. This goal gives the mind a clear and positive direction to divert its energy towards. In our practice you will be connecting to the whole healthy and happy self. Then weakening your pain and suffering by accepting it and holding space for it. We will be doing three practices for healing today of: raising your vibration, acceptance, and dreaming.
