Gratitude. When you have an attitude of gratitude you are able to open yourself up to the magic and miracles of the Universe. In this short meditation, you will have the opportunity to practice gratitude. Through Meditation and through Journaling. You'll want to have a journal or paper for this practice. It is best to listen with headphones. Enjoy. I am grateful for you! Namaste.

Welcome to this gratitude journaling meditation.

Find yourself in a comfortable seat,

Ideally,

With your journal by your side.

When you feel ready,

Gently close your eyes and rest your attention on your breath.

As you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Noticing your breath,

Giving yourself this time to tap into gratitude,

This gift of gratitude.

Gently shift your attention,

Your focus to your heart.

Breathe into your heart and breathe out.

Breathe into your heart and breathe out.

Taking a moment to feel into this moment.

This moment,

You are just breathing in and breathing out.

In this moment,

You are just great.

You are okay the way you are.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

I invite you to turn toward your journal and write,

In this moment,

I am grateful for.

In this moment,

I am grateful for.

And as you write what you're grateful for,

Just allow your pen to move onto the page.

Don't try to write about anything and just write,

In this moment,

I am grateful for.

I'll give you some time with yourself and your writing and I'll come back.
