This practice will help you to find your Sankalpa.
The Sankalpa is like a seed that you plant into your subconscious mind at the beginning and the end of your Yoga Nidra practice.
This resolution expresses your real needs and intentions.
By setting a resolution,
You steer your life in a new direction and change your personality in a positive way.
Follow your gut instinct and your heart to determine your Sankalpa.
What you tell yourself in this way during Yoga Nidra will manifest in your life.
Make sure that your Sankalpa is expressed in the present tense.
Use a short,
Concise sentence in simple words.
Only refer to yourself and not to other people or beings.
Everything else will follow.
You can repeat your Sankalpa several times during the day to help the Sankalpa manifest.
Stay with your Sankalpa and keep repeating the same words until the Sankalpa has realized.
Now lie down or sit down comfortably.
Stay undisturbed for the next few minutes and silence your phone.
Now close your eyes and come from the outside world to your inside world.
Let your breath become longer and slower.
Take a long,
Slow inhale followed by a longer,
Slower exhale.
Observe your natural and spontaneous breath moving in and out of your body with no effort.
The natural breath flows in through both nostrils and out through the nose.
Let your breath in and out naturally.
Become aware of the things for which you are grateful.
Silently express gratitude and joy for your health,
For the presence and love of people in your life,
For private and professional milestones and achievements,
For experiences.
Continue your list and visualize the situations,
People,
Beings and things for which you are grateful.
Silently repeat Thank you for each of them.
Then become aware of the things in your life that you would like to let go of.
Silently say Goodbye to habits.
Say Goodbye to ways of thinking.
Say Goodbye to things that you no longer need.
What is hindering you from showing your abundant potential to the world?
Imagine to dissolve these aspects in front of your inner eye like a cloud dispersing.
Then return to your needs.
What is important to you in the present moment?
What would you like to invite into your life?
What is your short-term goal?
Unusual or absurd goals help you to become clearer.
What are your long-term goals for your partnership,
Your goals for your health,
Your goals for your life with family and friends,
Your professional career goals?
How do you want to feel?
How do you want to feel?
What do you want to see?
How does it smell?
Imagine yourself having achieved your goals.
What is your deepest desire?
Now formulate your Sankalpa.
Use the resolve that manifests first.
You will feel immediately whether it is the right one for you.
Remember your Sankalpa and write it down later if necessary.
With Yoga Nidra,
We strengthen our higher intuition and as your practice progresses,
Your true calling becomes clearer and clearer.
Take a few deep breaths and become aware of the space around you.
Slowly move your fingers and wiggle your toes.
Then,
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Thank you for your time.
