We,
Human beings,
Are mostly made up of water as well.
With water we live.
With water we can be healed.
Water is the most natural way to cleanse our mind,
Body and soul.
It is calling us and we are attracted by it so naturally.
Ocean is a huge dynamic energy force.
Allow the coming and going of tidal waves to work their miracles on us.
To get rid of our old and stagnant energies that no longer serve us.
Water gives shape and form to things on earth.
Sometimes it comes in the form of tears and help us release the pain within our body.
Through the tears we cry.
To cleanse our body and soul,
Let's retrieve that peaceful feeling in us.
