Bring to your world the belief that you are capable of Observing Yourself and Aligning to your Truth. Challenge yourself to come home and be integrated. Align to your Truth and the Resonance with All of Life to support you. This is the most Self-Loving thing you can do for yourself right now.

Embracing all your parts is the belief that you are capable of embracing the sum total of all your parts.

In other words,

You are challenging part of yourself to come home and to be integrated.

You are now showing yourself.

You are capable of observing this part of yourself and aligning to its truth.

This is your truth.

It brings you into resonance with all there is.

You are allowing yourself,

Part of the mystery,

Part of yourself now.

Feel that embracing a part of yourself that has been lost,

Is the most loving thing you can do for yourself.

This new view of yourself,

Peace,

Light.

You can imagine looking at yourself from your intelligent heart or higher self perspective.

You're observing yourself as a flock of sheep.

They must all go the same path,

The same well-worn track.

Imagine a disturbance.

Chaotic energies must be disrupting the flock.

They're running everywhere.

What must you do as their leader?

You are the shepherd.

You must quickly get the sheep together again and you do this by being your leader.

You give direction to the dog to round them up.

It may take some time.

The collective energy of the group,

These are yourselves,

Have settled.

The strays will return.

When you witness disturbances in your energy field through painful chaotic thoughts,

You must remember being your disturbed energies as a truly unified being.

Allowing yourself to challenge that part of yourself and strays.
