The challenge is upon you to sit up and take the opportunity to Decide what you want for your Life in human form. Human Life teaches us and provides us with Choices and Opportunities. To Grow on our journey of being Human, we need Love, Protection, and Support. You are the Captain of your Choices.

Choices. The challenge is upon you now to sit up and really decide what you want for your life in human form. It is the creation of your humanness and the acknowledgement of it that it brings you personal quest for the status of being totally connected to all life. Some call it immortality. You created your human form. It was you who created yourself and chose to be human. You have this choice. You made it in a space of completeness. So you felt complete in the space you were in, But you wanted more. What did you want? Human life teaches us certain things. The soul asked for the challenge, Yet it recognizes that the human condition is one fraught with perils and dangerous undercurrents. It's like a cork floating in the ocean of humanity. It needs love. It needs protection and support on its journey to grow and learn in human form. Asking yourself now, How do I receive love? How do I protect myself? How do I support myself? My little cork must know the perils and the undercurrents, But with this level of love, Protection and support, You'll begin to grow and learn in your human form. The choice is among you. Truly, You created the human condition you're in. So to look carefully at yourself. So really begin to observe yourself. Get to know yourself. Really look at yourself, Without criticism, Without judgment, Without any pre-loved ideas of yourself. Get to know yourself without criticism. Really get to know yourself. In doing mirror work, You look at the choices you're consciously and unconsciously making. Your face, Your hands, Your body, Your feet and legs. Don't judge. Don't criticize. Just observe your form. This exercise is merely an opportunity for self-discovery. For when you discover the self, There is no judgment of the result. My face is, My hands are, That is. This is the choice. And say, This is my human life. This is me. I choose to be authentic to myself, To discover myself, Because I chose myself. I know that I will criticize myself every day. I'll find something wrong with myself. And in doing this, I leave myself open to dangerous undercurrents.
