I am a speaker,
Coach,
Mentor and intuitive guide to soulful leaders,
Visionaries and creatives.
I invite you to take these next few minutes as a space just for you.
Some time for you to truly release,
Relax and feel more like your joyous self.
Let's begin by finding a quiet space and either sitting or lying down whichever is more comfortable for you and settling in.
Closing down your eyes,
Feeling yourself held by the earth beneath you.
Straightening your spine as you begin to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Extending your ribcage,
Breathing into your belly and exhaling out your mouth.
Feeling the release every time you drop into an exhale.
Continuing to breathe deeply as you drop your awareness into the base of your spine.
Feeling supported in this lower back coccyx area of your body.
Begin to feel this area within your body now.
And as you become more present within your body,
I invite you to begin to scan over it for any areas of tension or contraction.
Beginning to scan and then breathe into any areas of tension that you detect.
Bringing your focus particularly to the front part of your body and beginning to relax this area now.
Breathing,
Relaxing and releasing.
As you breathe,
If you can begin to imagine or feel beautiful crystalline light flowing where your breath is flowing.
With every inhale,
Your body is filled with this crystalline light.
And as you exhale,
You feel all of the tension being breathed out of your body.
And now gently begin to move your body in a way that feels intuitive and instinctual to you.
Particularly sensing whereabouts in your body,
You may be holding fear,
Concern,
Tension or contraction.
Feeling into that place,
Place your hands on this area to bring a sensation of focus there.
Breathing,
Sending light and gently moving in this part of your body.
Becoming present to this sensation within your body without attaching a story to it.
Begin to move with any feelings that are present with anything that arises.
All of it is welcome and none of it is judged.
As you continue moving,
You'll likely be led to another part of your body and another way of moving.
To release any stuck tension,
Contraction or stress.
Allow your body to move into its own intelligence.
Let your body take the lead.
Follow what your body desires to do in this moment.
Without any agenda or description of what you need to do.
Trust the innate intelligence of your body.
Breathing,
Bringing light and space and moving intuitively now.
You may wish to give yourself a light massage if you come across any areas of tension that require release.
Let yourself begin to feel as the tension loosens its grip and begins to melt away with your presence,
Breath,
Awareness and movement.
Keep moving until you find yourself feeling a sense of relief and release within your body.
And this can take as long or as short as you desire.
Once you're feeling like you have created more internal space in your body and you're ready to invite in some expansion.
I invite you to begin to stretch your arms out to the edge of your auric field around your body.
And as you do this,
Feel your energetic field begin to expand.
Feeling yourself held by the earth beneath you.
As you allow your energy to expand beyond your body.
Beyond your immediate space.
Sending it to all of the corners of the room you may be in or if you're outside.
Expanding it beyond the immediate space you're in.
Continue expanding your energetic field as far as it feels good to you.
You may feel that you can stretch your energetic field as far out beyond our earth and into the Milky Way galaxy.
Connecting with the cosmos,
The stars,
The infinite energy of our universe now.
Feeling as your energetic field begins to drink in all of the light,
All of the energy,
All of the space and expansion that is available for you now.
Tapping into this expansive energy of the stars above our earth.
From this place begin to feel the beginnings of the emergence of your own natural soul state.
Your joy,
Your happiness.
I invite you to inhabit this space.
Feel into the person you are beyond any immediate stress.
Feel into the resolution of anything that is bringing you into contraction now.
It is done.
You succeeded.
Releasing it all.
Giving thanks and feeling relief.
Inhabiting this space now.
Immersing yourself in the fullness of joy.
In the juiciness of your innate light.
Reminding yourself that you are a droplet of the divine.
And this joy is your birthright.
Breathing deeply now.
Bringing your focus back into your body.
Enjoying a renewed feeling of expansion.
Of relaxation.
Of more space within you now.
Take your time coming back into present moment awareness.
Being sure to bring these feelings with you back into your day.
