Welcome to your cosmic light connection meditation.
Whether you choose to lie down or sit during this time,
It does not matter.
Just be sure that you are somewhere where you feel relaxed and safe.
The next short while is entirely yours to luxuriate in stillness,
Rest and surrender.
Right now you have nowhere to go and nothing to do.
Just be.
It's time to take three deep belly breaths.
First draw your breath down into your sacrum,
Drawing a deep breath through your lungs and into your stomach region.
Exhale out of your mouth.
Take another two slow deep belly breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feeling all of your muscle tension melting away as you exhale.
Putting down all of your worries,
All of your cares,
Releasing them to the earth.
You feel fully,
Completely and deeply relaxed.
You see a golden cord coming from the base of your spine and dropping down deep into the earth.
This golden cord connects deeply into Mother Earth,
Winding her way down deep below the surface and into her crystalline core.
Down this cord you drop all of your worries,
Your patterns that are no longer serving you.
You release them all down this cord in every out breath.
You don't need to know what they are.
It doesn't even need to bypass your mind.
You just drop these cares and worries and anything that no longer serves you down into this golden cord,
Deep into the belly of Mother Earth where she will transform and transmute this into something of service.
And now that you are fully connected and grounded into the earth,
You begin to see a golden white crystalline light tube appear in front of you in your mind's eye.
This crystalline golden white tube is full of source light codes,
Beautiful activating cleansing cosmic energy.
You begin to move towards this column of light and as you enter this column of light,
You feel a complete and utter sense of calm and peace.
You're now fully within this beautiful column of cosmic light.
You feel it flowing from the top of your head and down through your feet and into the ground.
You feel this light permeating the crown of your head,
Activating your crown chakra,
Moving down into your third eye and your brow area.
Beautiful cosmic light cleansing and clearing and activating your cells with the highest dimensional light codes.
You're moving this light now down into your mouth and jaw region,
Feeling it relax.
Bringing this light now down into your throat,
Clearing,
Cleansing and activating your throat chakra area.
The light begins to move down into your higher heart,
Your collarbone,
Your shoulders.
This cosmic light cleanses,
Clears and activates your upper arms down into your elbows,
Into your wrists and fingers.
You see yourself completely lighting up with this cosmic light.
This light now moves down into your heart portal,
Clearing,
Cleansing and activating this beautiful heart portal of yours,
Filling it with light.
The light now moves down into your stomach region,
Into your solar plexus,
Cleansing,
Clearing and activating all of the organs in your body.
You feel this light moving down into your sacral chakra area,
Down into your hips,
Your womb space.
Beautiful cosmic energy swimming through your cells there.
You now move this light down into your buttocks area and gently move it down into your upper thighs,
Down your legs towards your knees.
You see yourself and feel yourself lighting up with this beautiful cosmic energy.
You now run this light down through your knees,
Into your calf muscles,
Down into your ankles and into your feet.
Your entire body is completely alight with cosmic light.
You now see this light moving down into the earth,
Down into mother earth and cleansing,
Clearing and activating her too with this divine light.
Now that you have cleansed,
Cleared and activated your entire energy system with this light,
You begin to see it expand,
Expanding outwards.
You are a glowing ball of light.
Begin to see this light expand outwards towards the edges of the space you are in.
You fill this space with this stunning cosmic light and you begin to see this light expand even further,
Even further beyond your energy field,
Moving in a beautiful,
Easy,
Smooth way outwards from you.
And it is cleansing,
Clearing and activating everything in its path.
You see this light expanding even further.
In fact it is unstoppable.
It is moving beyond the town you are in,
Moving beyond the state you are in,
Moving beyond the country and you begin to zoom out and see this divine light beginning to cover the entire earth.
The whole globe is filled with this beautiful light.
You begin to see it even expand beyond the world and into our galaxy,
Our universe,
Our multiverse and sending this light at pure light speed to the ever expanding corners of our multiverse.
You are a powerful creator.
You are a powerful light being.
You may come in and connect with your ascension column,
Your cosmic light,
Whenever you wish.
Know that you are light.
You are love.
When you are ready,
It is time to come out of the meditation by slowly becoming aware of your surroundings,
Wiggling your toes and fingers,
Slowly beginning to stretch and move wherever you are,
Beginning to hear the sounds around you.
Bring this beautiful,
Activated light state of yours into your day and spread this light wherever you go.
