Welcome to Tune Out the World and Tune Into You.
My name is Carly Steffen and I've designed this guided audio to help you to switch off from the distractions and the energy draining aspects of your external world and help you to tune into your internal world and the world within which your higher self resides,
A world within which you can seek solace and safety and a feeling of inner alignment.
I encourage you to come to this track whenever you need to truly drop in and remember the essence of who you really are.
In this moment you have nowhere to be and nothing to do except be present to your breath,
Present to your body and present to your heart.
Begin by breathing deeply into your belly,
Through your nose and out through your mouth.
Bring the focus of your breath right down into your belly and extend that awareness,
Dropping that awareness down into your feet now.
Drawing your breath through your legs and down into your feet.
Feeling so connected to your belly and so grounded by your feet.
Continue breathing deeply and feeling these parts of you within your body.
Bring your focus into your heart space.
Beginning to breathe deeply and focusing in on this space now.
Feeling your heart beating beautifully,
Steady,
Rhythmic,
Comforting.
Feel into your heart space now.
Continuing to breathe deeply and bring your awareness to your third eye.
The point between your eyebrows just above your nose.
Focusing here and beginning to feel some sensation in this area.
Once you begin to feel the sensation in your third eye,
In the area of your third eye.
I want you to become aware of the sensations in your heart and in your belly and in your feet.
Feeling each of the anchors that draw you more deeply into you.
Into within yourself.
Begin to scan your body with feeling.
Begin to observe with feeling.
Whether there's any areas of tension,
Tightness.
Begin to observe this now.
And anywhere that feels tight or tense,
Focus on this area and begin to breathe space and light into these areas.
Take your time and allow yourself to consciously unwind and unravel any parts of you that feel tense or tight.
Being sure to cover off on the jaw,
The hips,
The shoulders,
The back.
All of these places we tend to hold tension and not realise we are holding tension.
When you're ready,
Feel back into your heart space and begin to focus on it now.
If it helps you may like to place your hands over your heart and begin to feel yourself drop an inch or two below where your hands meet your chest.
Begin to feel this portal open.
This heart portal of yours is your sanctuary.
It is where you can go to at any point in the day to feel safe.
So feel into this space now and begin to feel the loving energy that is the essence of this heart portal.
Feel this loving energy overflowing.
Feel it pouring out of you and into every cell,
Organ,
Bone,
Limb in your body.
The heart space holds infinite loving energy that you get access to whenever you desire.
Begin to feel yourself bathed in your own loving energy right now.
Feel yourself light up with this energy.
Feel your cells zinging with delight as you feed yourself this love and feel it rippling out into the world beyond you,
Gifting your love to the world.
This is the truth of you.
This love is the truth of you.
Your wisdom resides here.
Here you are tapping into a greater part of you.
Here is where your higher self resides.
This self will always feel like love and you are now bathing in the energy of your higher self.
Bathing in the unconditional love that is your birthright.
And from here you can ask yourself any guidance.
You can tune into what is the next right step for me.
What is the next aligned step?
And the voice of love will respond.
And you will know that this is your higher self speaking.
It is only the lower egoic mind that speaks from an anxious or a triggered space.
That is not you.
You are in communion with your higher self and you are feeling the absolute love that is the language your higher self speaks in.
Enjoy this state.
Bring this state with you out into the world knowing you can always anchor back in to your third eye heart,
Belly and feet and feel yourself present and anchored within.
