Welcome to the Goddess Light Healing Activation Audio.

Whether you choose to lie down or sit during this time,

It doesn't matter.

Either way,

I encourage you to place your hands gently on either your heart or womb space,

Or one hand on each.

Begin to energetically connect to these parts of you by feeling into both places.

Feel them both from the inside of your body.

Rest and relax into your body.

Perhaps you can just focus on one area at a time,

And this is fine.

Just alternate your focal awareness between the two.

The next short while is entirely yours to luxuriate in stillness,

Rest and surrender.

Right now,

You have nowhere to go and nothing to do.

Just be.

In this healing audio,

We are going to release the busyness of the mind and drop deeply into your body and journey into your heart portal.

Activate your light body and align with your inner goddess.

It's time to take three deep belly breaths.

First drawing your inhalation down into your stomach region,

Feeling it fill and expand with life-giving oxygen,

And then slowly filling your lungs.

Hold your inhalation for a couple of seconds,

And then release,

Sighing it out of your mouth.

Now fill your belly and lungs again,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

We'll repeat that again one more time,

Feeling your entire body falling into deeper and deeper states of relaxation as you do.

Inhale into your belly and lungs,

Hold your breath,

And now breathe out through your mouth,

Sighing on the way out.

You become aware of a golden energetic cord or thread emanating from the base of your spine and dropping beneath you deeply into Mother Earth.

You can see this cord dropping deeply into the crystalline center of Mother Earth,

Feeling yourself grounding and connecting in the healing energy of Mother Gaia.

As you do this,

You feel yourself releasing all that no longer serves you.

In every out-breath,

You see these feelings,

Limiting beliefs,

Situations,

Blocks,

And patterns,

All dropping down into the cord and being released back to the Earth.

Gaia loves receiving what no longer serves you.

She gladly receives it as fertilizer,

Something she will alchemize into gold.

You clear and release all blocks down through your golden cord.

Once this process is complete,

You become aware of a beautiful,

Grounding,

Healing Earth energy which has simultaneously moved up the cord and has begun to immerse you in a loving,

Supportive,

And grounded energy.

You see this Earth energy move into your body,

And it begins to seep into every cell,

Kissing each one and gently cradling it in loving,

Supporting Earth energy.

You feel it moving through your feet,

Up your calves,

Into your upper leg region,

Up into your hips and sacred room space,

Gently moving into your stomach region,

Into your heart,

Up into your higher heart and collarbone region,

Cleansing and filling your cells with healing Mother Earth energy.

You now feel it moving through your shoulders,

Down into your upper arms,

Through your elbows,

Into your wrists and down into your hands.

This energy then moves through your neck region,

Up into your jaw,

Relaxing your jaw and cheeks.

You feel your entire face soften and relax.

This energy moves to relax the entire crown of your head and softly moves down the back of your neck and into your spinal cord.

You feel the muscles around your spinal cord and back immediately release and relax,

Bringing your body deeply into complete cohesion and relaxation.

You now feel a rising sensation at the top of your head.

You feel a silver cord moving up above your head.

This cord feels almost like a pulling sensation,

Pulling you up and your awareness up into the cosmos.

You see this silver cord moving higher and higher up through the dimensions towards Source Energy Light.

You remain grounded in your body as this occurs.

You feel this cord connecting with beautiful cosmic light.

It's a diamond crystalline light that begins to seep down the cord,

Beaming its way down the cord and into the crown of your head.

It begins to fill all of the cells in your body immediately with beautiful cosmic light.

You call on the highest dimensional light codes available now to channel down through your cord and into the top of your head.

Bring this light now down through your head and into your heart space.

You see yourself alight with cosmic crystalline light,

And your heart space begins to pulsate with this light as it blends with beautiful Mother Earth energy in your heart space.

You begin to feel deeply into your heart portal,

Dropping down into its comforting embrace.

And you realize that emerging around you is a place of deep healing and restorative energy.

You come to see your ideal environment around you.

It's delighting your senses and healing and soothing your soul.

You feel completely relaxed,

At ease and taken care of.

As you relax here,

You begin to see in the distance a beautiful bright light moving towards you.

It begins to float towards you,

And as it gradually gets closer,

Your heart and your entire body fills with joy and ecstasy.

You recognize what is coming.

When this beautiful beam of light appears in front of you,

Sheer reveals herself as the most stunning goddess you have ever seen in your life.

You both smile at one another and embrace.

She holds your hands and gives you a piece of wisdom for you,

Just you,

To receive today.

You hear it either via telepathy or via words,

And you gladly receive it from Her.

You fill with joy at this beautiful piece of wisdom given to you by the goddess.

You begin to look into her eyes more closely,

And suddenly realize that these eyes are your eyes.

You are her,

And she is you.

At this realization,

Your bodies begin to merge into one another.

In a beautiful embrace,

You begin to merge with the goddess,

And you feel an instant ecstatic activation within you.

Your goddess self is now alive and awake within you,

Coursing through your veins and imbuing every one of your cells with her utter radiance.

All of your cells are aligned with this beautiful goddess energy.

When you feel entirely merged with your highest goddess self,

You tune into this feeling state you're currently in,

Taking note of the beautiful expansion,

Ecstasy,

And joy you feel in your body.

Know that you can align with this feeling state at any time you wish to,

Just by recalling this feeling in your body.

When you are ready,

You begin to feel back into your heart portal,

Softly landing back into the third dimension.

You wriggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling yourself awaken to what is around you at the moment.

You slowly ease your way back into waking consciousness,

Carrying this high vibrational state of being into your present moment,

And throughout the rest of your day.
