Thank you for your presence today as we take time and space for life,
For our bodies as a part of life,
To slow down,
To pause,
To rest,
To simply be alive and one with life,
Aligning our body and soul with the sacred living system of life,
Opens us to being fully alive with the flow of life herself in presence in every moment.
Listen to your body and how you'd like to sit or lay or stand or walk.
Take a moment to just listen to the body.
Let your body lead yourself.
Let yourself follow the body's softness.
Whatever feels soft or comfortable or easy,
Allow your being to meet that feeling.
Begin with breath and just let breath now guide you.
No control.
No force.
No count.
Just breathe.
Let it go and find its own rhythm.
Let it find its own pace.
As the breath comes fully to itself,
Allow your body to meet it there.
Allow toes to soften.
Legs and bones and skin to release.
Belly and spine and organs to loosen.
No tension.
Let them unfold.
And chest and lungs and arms and fingers.
Let them be open,
Relaxed.
Let jaw release.
Tongue fall from the roof of your mouth.
Allow the neck and chin to find their own place.
Eyes can close or soften the gaze.
Let them know they aren't needed to see.
Let all senses return within.
If we notice our inner voice chattering,
We acknowledge it.
We lay it aside with a gentle,
Be silent.
If body twitches,
Breathe,
Be still.
Allow a settled acceptance to soften the heart.
As we settle,
Things will come and go.
Resist naming what you see.
Simply experience it with open curiosity for another time.
Practice non-judgment to all that comes,
To all we observe in the outer world or within ourselves.
Allow breath to connect you to all that is as the ether of life around you.
Allow the life force to hold you as you give yourself to it for this time.
Wherever you find yourself,
Wherever you are,
Be there.
Don't name it.
Don't even try to recognize it.
Just be present.
If you know it or not,
Just be there.
The one having system says,
You are me.
We are one.
As one,
We prepare for a most transcendent immersion.
To all that is.
We are present to our space and time.
We are present to being.
Find yourself.
Feel all that is around you.
Breathe softly and allow yourself to breathe,
To expand.
Expand your being into all that is around you.
Now offer yourself to life,
To all that is around you.
Breathe to expand beyond skin,
Beyond fingers and toes,
For existence to reach into you.
What is it to feel life alive within you?
Aligned to life,
We are life.
Present with body.
Present with breath.
One with life.
Look at all that is around you and ask tree to breathe with you or flower to blossom with you.
Ask snail to go slow with you.
Lion to be brave with you.
Oceans wave to move with you.
Sit with all you call to you.
Sit with all that comes to you.
Connect.
Witness all that it is.
Ask its needs.
Offer yourself.
Ask its story to align with yours.
Your bodies to merge.
And as you move as one,
Feel yourself moving as a flower or wave.
Look through the eyes of the lion.
See life as the tree.
Feel the earth as if snail.
Entrain as one.
Be as one.
Aligning body and soul with the one living system.
To be present with you.
To be alive within you.
Allow your senses to be one with life.
Hold that within you.
Allow life to stay with you.
This presence to be a part of you.
Allow yourself to carry all of life within you.
All of nature around you to walk with you.
Unbreath.
You are one with life.
Allow yourself to find breath once more.
Draw in your sensations into your being.
Let that breath flow through your body and come alive with the sensations of your connections with the living system.
Awaken the body with gentle.
Allow your mind's silence to continue as long as it can.
Hold on to the sensations of life running through you and take it with you as one with life's sacred living system.
Commit to the fullness of all life's offerings and return daily to actualize your alignment as oneness with the one living system.
