Welcome to day 10.

This guided meditation is to help to promote deep relaxation or can be done at the end of your day to help prepare your body for sleep.

If you are doing this at the beginning of your day,

Great.

If you're doing this towards the end,

You may want to find yourself nestled comfortably in bed.

When you're ready,

Finding a comfortable seated position.

It is time to journey within and leave the concerns of the day behind.

Take a few deep breaths in this posture,

Whether you are seated or reclined.

With each inhalation,

Feel the breath in waves relaxation.

With each exhalation,

Feel your body releasing stress and tension,

Sinking down into the gentle pull of gravity.

Growing heavy and relaxed with each breath as you sink deeper and deeper.

Your whole body releasing into the embrace of the earth.

Allow yourself to let go and relax into this timeless moment.

Now invite your awareness to move deeply within.

Feel the place in your body that is most peaceful and relaxed.

Take a few deep breaths into this place of peace and relaxation and feel the sensation expand.

With each breath,

The essence of peace and serenity fills your being.

Your body begins to feel more and more relaxed.

Your body begins to feel free from the concerns of the world.

Allow each breath to deepen with ease.

Breathing into a soft belly.

Feel your belly rise easily with each breath.

Growing more and more tranquil as the breath moves through you.

Enjoy the sensation of the breath gently flowing through you.

From above,

A brilliant column of warm,

Relaxing energy shines down upon you.

Notice the color,

Brilliance,

And sensation of this light filling your body.

Feel the warm light shining brightly into your body with each breath.

Letting in the relaxing light and peaceful energy.

As you let go of all concerns,

You feel lighter and more at ease.

The light envelops you in a blanket of comfort.

You feel wonderfully safe and quiet.

Everything is going to be alright.

Everything is going to be alright.

Everything is going to be alright.

Resting in peace and serenity.

Resting in the light.

You may drift off into a deep and healing sleep.

Or you may rest for a few minutes before returning from this meditation feeling peaceful and relaxed.
