This meditation is about letting the chaos in. Proprioception is the brain's map of where you end and the world begins. Wetness disrupts this map. When colored water hits your chest, the boundary between cloth and skin, self and other, begins to blur. In this practice, you visualize a jet of indigo water striking your white kurta. You feel it seep through fabric to skin. You notice the boundary dissolve. You are no longer a solid object defending itself. You are a permeable event, connected to everything. The shield drops. The chaos becomes the medium you swim in. Image credit: Pexels
